Loved the lounge room with items in the fridge, extra coffee, go cups, granola bars... It really made all the difference. The rooms and private patios were also excellent. Noticed the free bikes too but only stayed one night so couldn't make use of them!!

Great location and a nicely refurbished hotel. I liked the room, the area with books, housekeeping on demand although when I booked it said it would be daily., the pool right in front of the room, the decor, the parking, the communal kitchen. Quick responses to my text messages

Our stay at Jazz Hotel & Spa in Palm Springs was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. The hotel has a modern yet stylish charm, with clean, comfortable rooms that offered everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The rooms all opened out into the private pool and lounge area. Amazing private spa area with jacuzzi. The lounge was an added bonus with snacks tea coffee and juices/fruit. We booked 4 rooms and each had a garden lounge area with 2 having a kitchenette. Robes are provided and towels around the pool for use too. Chilled music and water feature add to the ambience. I would highly recommend a stay here and avoid the big chain hotels. The spa facilities were a highlight—beautifully maintained, peaceful, . It was the ideal way to unwind and make the most of our stay in Palm Springs. The pool area was also a fantastic spot to relax, with plenty of space and a great atmosphere. Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be better. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and local attractions, yet still feels like a private oasis where you can truly recharge. An added bonus was free bikes to loan and explore the Palm Springs. Beautiful view as in the listing and amazing sunset view of the mountains. Overall, this hotel offered far more than a standard chain stay. It combined luxury, comfort, and great value for money. We would highly recommend Jazz Hotel & Spa to anyone visiting Palm Springs and will definitely return on our next trip

Jazz Hotel is superb..Beautiful boutique hotel in Palm Springs.

Design of the hotel was cool, it was a good stay for our two days in Palm Springs. On premises parking and clean and comfy rooms - more like a studio apartment with a kitchen and a small patio for a morning coffee. Pool was cleaned daily and it was great to cool down from the warm temperature in middle of June.

Exceptional accommodation with 12 rooms/studio surrounding a pool in a secure area. Lovely room, great facilities including a kitchen, jacuzzi area and a small gym. Parking right outside and a 10 dollar UBer to downtown. Highly recommend for a chilled vibe and a great comfy room. I also liked that you are Sent the door code and room door code on the day you arrive with no actual check in.

Check in was easy. Nice and cosy pool with great music. Room/kitchen/bathroom is clean and everything you need. Nice terrace to our room. Breakfast had everything you needed to start your day. You can park your car right in front of the hotel.
