The location is great, very convenient for getting around. The breakfast was also delicious, although it wasn't a buffet breakfast, which was slightly inconvenient. The staff were all really nice.

The location was great. It was in the middle of downtown, so we had easy walk to all of the shops. Lobby was always clean and smelled nice.

“You must keep your invoice for couple days because they might mess up with your bill”
They kept messing up our bill. I booked a breakfast included room for one night but when I checked out I saw I was charged for my breakfast on the invoice. Looked like they fixed it in front of me by giving me a revised invoice but when I checked my credit card bill they still charged me for breakfast. I called them to refund me, which they said they did when we were on the call, but next morning when I looked at my credit card bill they charged me for breakfast ONE MORE TIME! I have TWO breakfast charges on my credit card bill now and I am not supposed to pay for breakfast AT ALL since my room rate should cover it already.

“UNSAFE HOTEL!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!”
EXTREMELY POORLY MANAGED HOTEL. A FAKE FRONT DESK STAFF CHECKED US IN. A man knocked our door LOUDLY the first morning at 6am and woke us up, claiming that he’s security and needs to come in to check the room. Of course we didn’t open the door. He proceeded to say that our room should be vacant as it appears on the system. We called the front desk and we were told that an UNKNOWN PERSONNEL who is NOT A HOTEL FRONT DESK STAFF checked us in last night at 7:30pm. The person took our PASSPORT AND CREDIT CARD details, but did not check us in. Our details are not in the system and it is not known what she used it for. At the time of the conversation, the hotel still haven’t found this particular person who’s responsible for this. Our credit card was stolen and we have to stop the card. It is still unknown what our passport info was used for. We booked for three nights but this happened the FIRST night. We checked out immediately after the incident and asked for a full refund. Of course we did not get any despite of this huge security issue.
