“No frills great value stay”

We had such a terrific time staying here as a couple that we forgot to take photos of the room, as we felt like we didn’t need to show an audience about what a hidden gem this place is. Staff are so friendly, spacious room and a kitchenette, complimentary snacks and unlimited bottle water, ironing board, no frills and really clean and tidy. The staff also reached out personally to check on our whereabouts prior to arrival. Breakfast was simple and easy with bare essentials: fruit, muffins, bagels, cereal, juice, yoghurt, filter coffee and tea. Free onsite and street parking! We really felt like it was great value for money post-Coachella period. Bbq facilities are also awesome and you can watch TV outside too. It is a family friendly place that invites people to just take a step back, play a DVD and relax.

“Perfect in every way! Our favorite hotel so far!”

Breakfast was good. As expected. Plenty of choice, lots of juices, great yogurt choices. Good cereal choice. We also loved the 2 free water bottles, and two free sparkling waters in our fridge. As well, the complimentary snacks in our room: cashews, lollies, chips, etc. was a nice addition! Pool was lovely and the hot tub was perfect and so protected from the wind. Open 24/7 was a huge surprise! Lots of loungers, bicycles for a ride to the store, pizza oven, I could go on! We will be back and will stay longer.

Excellent facilities, very thoughtful amenities and great staff. Coffee carafe nearer to the fireplace every morning, popcorn at 4 and a great assortment of breakfast everyday with a very friendly staff and a beautiful pristine pool.. we had the best stay !!

Full of character, from the colour design layout the pool and all the add-ons such as inflatable toys -the lounges, bbqs, pizza oven popcorn maker outdoor TV The position of tables allowing for privacy and shade, fire pit tables to enjoy a drink at in the evening. A communal kitchen available for storing food, supply with a ready supply of ice and unlimited complimentary bottles of water. The room was tastefully designed and well equipped with a basket of complimentary treats to snack on. Breakfast Selection great bagels, muffins, fruit, yoghurt , eggs and muesli bars for those in a hurry. They have bikes you can borrowing and i noted golf clubs as well. And one of the nicest things is the attitude of the staff especially Linda …nothing was a problem and given how small the Desert Riviera is -the atmosphere amongst the guests is light and friendly.

The place is very quite and nice, with a huge room, a big bed and very good system of air conditioning and, it was very hot outside but it worked very very well at the room. You have also a kitchen with fridge and a table with chairs. The bathroom is also great and very comfortable, quite clean.The room is quite clean. They have a nice swimming pool and BBQ. You find some drinks in the fridge and some snacks in the room . The owners were very kind and we felt like at home. If we be back in the future at Palm Spring , we will get it there for sure.

It was relaxed, Peaceful, Comfortable, Lovely staff, Personable, Laundry facilities, Can have your own food and drink by the pool, It was like having your own air bnb in a little hotel, Free use of bikes, Ice and bottled water, Popcorn by the pool, The use of a BBQ, The hummingbirds were lovely to watch all day, Relaxing rooms with kitchenette

The pool was amazing, heated so it was nice to use in the evenings. Continental breakfast was a nice touch, saved us from having to go out each morning for a bite to eat. Towels, sunscreen, waters, all provided was awesome! Great friendly staff, willing to go out of their way to help.

10 room hotel .all on the ground floor and all facing the pool.6 parking spots and a disabled one.parking on rd is also free.hotel staff are all lovely and treat you like family.washing and kitchen use are free.breakfast was lovely.in afternoon popcorn and margaritas were given out.bonus.restaurants also close.wish we had stayed longer.

“The perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Palm Springs!”

What a wonderful stay we had! Steve and the team were all so friendly and welcoming and made us feel right at home from the start. The Desert Riviera is the perfect size if you're looking for a relaxing vacation - being able to take just a few steps from the room straight into the pool was such a treat. And we loved having the pool toys available for use - the flamingo was our favourite! The location was also excellent, a short walk to various restaurants, cocktail bars and a delicious ice cream shop. I would highly recommend staying here :-)

Staff was super nice and helpful. We were upgraded to a superior room as we had to move the dates which was super appreciated, and it was massive and with any amenities. Pool area with anything you need - towels, sun screen, bug spray, popcorn, water. Free bikes to take. Location is really good and close to restaurants. So happy about our stay.
