Great hotel. Clean and safe. There's a pool and jacuzzi. The room has everything you need. Having direct access to the pool from the room was a great idea.

“Perfect stay in Palm Springs”

Was a fantastic stay at the Marriott. So close to the main shopping area but far enough to be very quiet. The pool was an excellent addition especially as it was super hot the day we stayed. Great parking and easy access to the room. Also a Starbucks on site. I would recommend a stay here with a family. Palm Springs is an excellent destination with a lot to offer, we will be back.

“Adequate room, friendly desk clerk, awful food, cold hot tub.”

The desk clerk, Rory, was very friendly and the room was perfectly fine. However, the food in the bistro was exceptionally disappointing. The side salad was just arugula with a vinaigrette. Nothing else and if you don’t like arugula…. The burger was terribly overcooked and was literally inedible. It was obvious that we did not eat much food but no one asked if our food was ok. We decided to go for a night swim and the hot tub was cold which was also disappointing.

thw staff were the rudest i have ever seen even the so called assistant manager... our was not cleaned.... and when asked they said we didn't request for it.... crazy....

I arrived late and felt safe when I saw your property secures the doors at a certain time. The front counter noticed me right away and unlocked the door. My check-in was quick and easy. Although my stay was only a few hours before an early morning flight, I will stay there again if my travels ever bring me to Palm Springs again.

This hotel was in a completely different league to all the others I stayed in on my road trip. It's a well-maintained property in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but within easy walking distance of downtown. Easy parking. I appreciated the fact that a room was made available despite my arriving hours before the advertised check-in time. My room was spacious and stylish, with a very (very!) comfortable bed and sparklingly clean bathroom with walk-in shower. Logging into my Netflix account on the TV in the room was easy. Free shuttle bus to airport, every 30 minutes. I really wish I could have stayed longer, and will definitely stay here next time I'm in Palm Springs.

“Too expensive”

The cost. No free breakfast, I bought a water and bottle of side and it cost almost $10. The coffee in the room was awful so I went down for coffee and the price was outrageous. For the amount of money I spent to stay, it was not worth it
