“Beautiful property good location great pool.”
Positives The property was clean and looked as listed. The host were very responsive and helpful. The facilities were great and the proximity to a small minimart and restaurants was good. Short drive from Costa Adeje. Property safety was great and felt secure. Neighbours were not noisy and the place was quiet and relaxed. Negatives - The kids beds mattresses were a bit worn - 1 of the bathrooms showers had very slow drainage or the drain was blocked - this led to our kids to creating a small flood after day at the beach. - overall the property was as described and was in a good location. Highly recommend.

“Amazing pool”
El Palm Mar is a nice quiet place to stay with a family. Apartment complex is amazing, the 85m pool was not heated in the mid May but we went swimming every morning anyway. The water was almost 23, wheather 24-26, so pool was rereshing. Keep in mind that the pool is surrounded by several buildings and they are not connected so this causes wind around the pool. There is a supermarket and restaurant just 5 min walk, tasty pizza, smoothies and Spritz. The Siam park and Mall is only 10 min by car. So very convienent. If you rent a car you can easily reach every spot - Teide, Puerto de la Cruz and others. Take a walk ~15min to the beach bar and walk through the promenade. The view is amazing there! But there are bigger stones in the beach not a sand. The hosts where very helpful. There was a welcome pack left on our arrival - beer, wine, water, some fruit. Also some Nespresso capsules, diswasher and washing machine capsules. Netflix was available, wifi was fine. They had even some coloring book and pencils for smaller kids. We felt like at home. Two terraces are ok, but we used only one as one faces the pool but it is really windy on that side of the building.

Omg I must say this exceeded all my expectations. This place was a peaceful haven for me and family. Perfect location sunsets mountain hikes views restaurants supermarkets it had it all. It looked exactly like pictures and even more beautiful in real life. I wish I could have stayed another week lol wasn’t ready to go but work calls lol. Would definitely recommend and look forward to staying again . ❤️😇

this apartment is a definite must when spending your holiday in Tenerife! located in a small village 10 min from the hustle and bustle of Loa Christianos it is a welcoming oasis. the pool is awesome, the apartment itself extremely spacious with lots of outside space for hanging out. shop is 5 min walking distance. a garage for parking is also very convenient with elevator directly to apartment
