This is how to do a holiday rental, anyone who is thinking of taking on a holiday rental should visit here to see how it is done! Everything was absolutely spot on, from communication to cleanliness, to facilities and just general small details that made all the difference. Elena is a delight and clearly cares very passionately about the apartment and takes great pride in providing brilliant stay to all her guests. Would love to come back and stay again.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Palm-Mar Luxury Apartment hosted by Elena & would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice, clean, spacious, and quiet place to relax & explore South Tenerife. The apartment exceeds our expectations as it has all the amenities of a home-away-from home. It has 2 separate bedrooms with a private bathroom in each & a half shared bathroom, an open floorplan with a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room that can both open to the outdoor dining/sitting/lounge areas with a large green space. While the green space is a shared public lawn with palm trees & exotic plants and a nice view of a hill, but, the whole time we were there, it seems as if it was our own private backyard as we saw no one using it. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to the beach and Malpais de La Rasca hiking park. It’s a 5-minute walk to local grocery stores & restaurants. It’s within a 15-20 minute drive to major touristic towns, Los Cristianos (for great dining options and dolphin & whale watch cruise) and Adaje for hiking the Barranco Del Infernio Nature Preserve Park. The apartment also has a laundry room with a washer & dryer and detergents for use. Elena is very warm & welcoming. She met up with us upon our arrival, gave us a tour of the apartment, and explained everything to us in detail. She also provided us a complimentary bottle of white wine. We’d give this place a 10/10 & would stay there again if/when we return to South Tenerife.

A beautiful apartment, very well equipped with everything you could need on vacation. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained.Two terraces with beautiful exotic plants add to the charm of this place. The well-maintained swimming pools are surrounded by greenery, and there's also a gym. Everything looks exactly like in the pictures. Excellent communication with the owner, Elena. We will definitely be back.

This is a lovely property in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a relaxing few days.

Friendly and timely reception by Elena, everything we could ever need in a holiday apartment was here and in excellent condition, beautiful surroundings and garden, great pool, loads to do in the area (but you need a car).

Fantastic apartment as everyone says. Clean, high spec, comfy beds (I would say medium not hard, I was worried a bit by reviews as hard beds don’t suit me and I was fine). There was salt, oil, tea and coffee, soy sauce , dishwasher tablets, washing powder etc and a few other bits and bobs (shower gel, toilet rolls etc) One thing I would say is that the two bedrooms, whilst on same floor, are quite a distance apart from each other. So, definitely if young children bring a monitor. Secure though with metal blinds which would stop them going out of the bedroom patio doors. Best to have a car as it is a residential area really…nice Italian (Osteria). Some good snorkelling near to shore (best to swim at high tide as otherwise quite hard to get in over the rocks) and you can hire kayaks and go around to the cave. I sat by the beach quite a bit, a wee cheap beach bar there (the teenagers would be at the pool). You can hire a sun bed for 7-8 euros. Also, lovely walk into a valley with lots of cacti (we climbed the wee hill at sunset which was good), path just by the apartment, you will see it winding up the hill. Def see sunset from mount Teide, even if cloudy you drive through the clouds. We used the beach at Los Cristianos (nicer than las Americas). Go to Siam park early, queues for lockers are mad.

Really deserves a 10/10 so go ahead and book it if you're lucky to have it available. Facilities are immaculate gorgeous garden surroundings with flowers and greens. I even found bananas and Lemons on the compound. Gorgeous huge pools two. The location palm mar is quiet and peaceful with a small store and two excellent restaurants just 5 minute walking distance. If you have a car and are with family it's perfect as it's no party area and everything is close by car. Hosts were excellent and helpful when I needed help with something. Kitchen has everything so great if you enjoy cooking. Comfortable beds. Not too crowded. Excellent all around.

Above expectations! The house is 1 year old so everything is new. Very nice decorated and everything we needed was there! Elena waited for us with the keys and showed us the house. Airco in each room and everything brand new. Very cosy place and quiet. The whole complex is well maintained and the 2 swimming pools are very nice. Also very nice communication with the owner of the house, even while she was not there. Palm-Mar is a relaxed place to stay, away from the busy tourist places but also nearby enough if you like. Best booking ever made on booking.com!

“Nice place to enjoy a holiday”

The property very nice, clean, have everything what you need to cook and serve, the pool outside very clean and the water was worm. Palm mar is close to all the beaches around. i definetlly recomend.
