Standard one-bedroom appartment in the complex of buildings. First floor, with elevator available. No stairs at all between the car parking and the apartment, if you use wheelchair for example. Big terrace, spacious living room and bedroom, ample space in the bathroom. We used washing machine and drying machine, all great. Kitchen a bit smaller, but more than enough if you don't plan to prepare more demanding meals every day. Palm Mar is a quiet and properly urbanized area 10-15 min by car from the Costa Adeje, Playa Americas and Los Cristianos popular zone. Great value for money to stay, compared to those three places. Nice places for breakfast, supermarket is 3-5 min walk. We'd leave the place after breakfast and come back in the late evening to sleep over.

A very spacious apartment for a couple and it is very well equipped - coffee machine, microwave, a lot of pans, pots etc. There's also a book shelf with books in many languages and a TV. The balcony offers a table and a lounge set. The neighbourhood is very calm but just in a few minutes walk you've got your local grocery store, a lot of restaurants and the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back.

Very nice and comfortable apartment in a gated complex with 3 pools. Apartment was in a great location, 10 to 15 minute drive to busier, beachside towns.

The complex is very nice, very nice landscaping and clean. The pools were excellent and the area is very nice.

Great location, amenities, cleanliness. Communication with Angeol was wonderful. I highly recommend this place :-)

“Palm Mar fabulous”

The apartment was lovely and a real home from home. The agent Angelo was lovely and kept us informed on dropping keys and showing us around the apartment. The pool area was pristine and secure. Plenty of bars and restaurants on the way down the beach. The best for us The Clubhouse. Superb bar and staff and a great menu. The beach is rocky but there is a little beach shack with cheap drinks and beautiful sunsets. Bahia beach bar is very smart too but over priced food and drink and poor service. Proper sandy beach at Los Christianos which was packed but great value.. Balandros was fantastic.

“Perfect, calm and safe stay”

It was really big and nice apartment. We enjoy our stay very much, the apartment was very clean, calm, safe and spacious. Angelo the host was just perfect, he help us with everything. Thank you very much for everything Angelo, and hope to come back in the future. Palm-mar is very calm city, just the best to drive with car, because public transport stops to drive early, there is nice places to eat, Angelo recommended very good ones for us, we enjoy the food a lot. There is also two supermarkets just around the apartment.

great pool good security and only 8min from the sea good bars and food with in walking distance taxi rank across the road if you wanna go and visit las Cristiano’s about €14

Cati was a really nice host, she waited for us to give us the keys on hands despite our flight being delayed. She make sure that we had everything we needed and was vert attentive to detail. I really recommend her apartment for others to stay. The swimming pool was really nice as well.

Great location for a quiet stay in Tenerife. Everything you need for a self catering holiday is provided. Very clean and well looked after. Hosts are wonderful.
