SUPER apartment with a nice big terrace! Everything was very clean and beautiful! Ideal for a family vacation. Good location, no parking problems. We didn't miss anything, even a safe was there. The owner of the apartment, Raul, is just a great host. Many thanks to him for everything!!!! I really hope we will come back someday😊

“Excellent apartment and kind wonderful host!”

The apartment was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well equipped and even had dishwasher tablets and detergent for washing machine etc. The lounge was comfortable with a tv and plenty of books to read. No English tv channels but with Netflix in English and You Tube etc. The bathroom was large with a lovely hot, powerful shower. Plenty of towels too. Bedroom was again large with a massive comfortable bed and plenty of room in the wardrobe and a safe. The garden was brilliant with a wonderful view of the pools and 2 lovely sunbeds to soak the suns rays. The private garage car parking space was perfect. The best thing about this apartment though was the owner Raul. His communication was perfect from the moment we booked right up to collecting the keys and then later departing. He is a genuinely nice guy who wants to make sure you have the best time staying in his apartment. He messaged during the holiday to see if we needed anything which was a nice touch. The apartment had everything though so there was nothing we needed extra but it was good of him. We will definitely return here as we loved it so much and you could not ask for a better host.... Thanks again for everything Raul and we look forward to seeing you again soon!

Great accommodation, everything was perfect Our stay at Apartamento Los Balandros was excellent. The accommodation was very nice, clean, and fully equipped – we didn’t miss anything and didn’t need to buy anything extra. The location was ideal, and the view of the pool was a pleasant bonus. The host, Raúl, was very friendly and helpful, and communication with him was seamless. If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay in this area, we highly recommend it!

A haven in Tenerife. By the water so international, but in a good way. The town is 10 kilometers from the airport and 10 kilometers from the tourist resort of Las Amaricas. There you can shop and tourists. In Palm-Mar you can relax. The town and the settlement is an oasis with apartments, no hotels and good restaurants. The apartment has everything you need and a nice terrace with sun from 12.30. There is sun at the pole below from 10.

Met owner in person to collect keys and a tour of the apartment and facilities.Raul was the perfect host who could not do enough for us. He made contact midway through our stay to ask if we needed anything for our comfort. perfect stay with an excellent host.

The owner was so helpful and couldn't do enough for us ,there was everything you could want in the apartment,if it wasn't he would get it for you .I'd recommend this apartment.

The apartment was really spacious and clean, it’s alot nicer in person,the pictures don’t do it justice, we were very pleasantly surprised with everything. The kitchen has everything you need and the TV has Netflix in English. The bed was slightly hard but pretty comfortable, the outside area is really nice and bigger than it looks. Bathroom perfect, lots of towls and there’s a washing machine too. The surrounding apartments, most of them are just peoples homes not holiday apartments only . The pools are nice and there’s always spare sun beds. Area is very pretty, relaxed and generally very quiet, beach has black volcanic sand and is very rocky, 10 minute walk away, nice Bahia beach club, some nice bars and cafes near the beach. Trigo cafeteria pizzeria is a nice Italian, does breakfast stuff as well,super close to the apartment and next to one of only 2 supermarkets in palm mar.

“Absolutely Superb Apartment and Owner”

The apartment, the owner Raul, and Los Balandros complex provide the very highest standard of holiday accommodation. The apartment is spacious, well furnished, and is kept in immaculate condition. It is also the best equipped apartment we have experienced in many holidays abroad. It has a large comfortable bed, huge shower, great range of modern white goods, internal and external dining areas and, to top it all off, an attractive garden for private sun-bathing. The complex is gated and private, is well-maintained, and has a large swimming pool. To complement all of this, Raul, the apartment owner, could not be more helpful or attentive at every stage of the process from booking to final check-out.
