A lovely accommodation within a private complex. A perfect pool. Just a five-minute walk away is a stunning rocky ocean shore where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. This is our second time staying here, and we will definitely come back again!

Wow, amazing house, so much space, beautiful private garden, amazing balcony at the back and small one at the front, air con amazing, living room area and kitchen beautiful and huge TV, lovely private pool 30 second walk from the front door, this is one of the best places I ever stayed at, and I will defo come back when I return to Tenerife. 15 min drive only to Playas Américas strip, Palm Mar is an amazing quiet location, really enjoyed

Beautiful spacious house, fully equipped and beautifully decorated with style. Every room has it's own modern TV and AC. Very comfortable beds with Zara home bedclothing. Kitchen equipped with all the appliances, a big American style refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, wide variety of dishes and pottery. A room with the the washing machine and the dryer, vacuum cleaner and all the cleaning accessories. Expensive dense towels, not the cheap Ikea ones. A functional terrace with the small garden, big roof terrace with the view, garage for 2 cars, a huge heated pool for the residents. Located in a fairly quiet residential place named Palm-Mar from which everything you need to visit in south Tenerife is very close. I have a strong impression that someone decorated and equipped the house for the personal use and renting only when away. We wanted to extend our stay for the rest of our trip, but our second accommodation already entered the non-refundable state. Highly recommended!

“Wonderful stay on Tenerife!”

The house is a row house in a residential complex with pool only for the residents opened 9-21 in summer. There is a dish washer, a washing maschine and a dryer. Two bathrooms and one separate toilet. Location good, there is not too much tourists, however car is a must. The house was very clean and comfortable. There is a big garage under the house which is suitable for two small cars (big enough for two VW golfs).

Beatiful house that exceeded our expectations. It's a spacious townhouse, well equiped with a private parking garage connected straight to the apartment. The little outdoor garden is amazing. We enjoyed dining outdoors, it was our favourite spot. Pool was never busy (we were there late April), good size and heated which was a bonus.

“Great stay in quieter place in Tenerife”

Amazing house with quiet surroundings. Great terrace, good AC (note one of the twin bedrooms is missing it - totally not an issue for us). Master bedroom is beautiful. Kitchen is well equipped, house has washing machine, dryer and private garage. We were worried about the plane noises when booking, but we didn't hear them at all!

…spotlessly clean, super comfy beds, very modern and stylish house beautifully decorated, nice area close to the quiet beach with beautiful views over the moutain towards Los Cristianos, you can make some nice hiking trips around to the light house/Fraille/Los Cristianos. The house itself is very well equiped, great supply of everything you need including even the washing powder tablets or some chocolates on arrival. Monica and her husband came personally to welcome us, prepared a beautiful Christmas tree in the living room and continuesly were making sure we were having a great stay. But most importantly - They genuinely care! The house is a great value for money and we will definitely be back!
