Clean and location was good , in walking distance to center and free parking , communication was really good

Irene is very nice and warm person who cares about her guests comfort. She is on disposition if you need her and will give you necessary information about what to see in the town, where to eat etc. Also provides shuttle service in cooperation with her son Claudio. He is also very nice and will give you a pleasant drive to/from the airport. The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious and equiped with pretty much everything that you might need. Location is quiet and 10-15 min from the city center. You won't regret if you stay here!

“An amazing place to stay in Palermo”

This is probably one of the best rental apartments we have stayed at, so far. It is located in a quaint and lived-in neighbourhood, some 20 minutes on foot from the centre and the main attractions. The place is exactly as pictured, with two nicely decorated and comfortable bedrooms, and two squeeky clean bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with snacks and drinks you can enjoy for a small fee. The host Irene is very responsive and helpful, and she was waiting for us at the time of arrival. And as a bonus, there is a nice private courtyard patio great for relaxing at the end of your day.

Our family of five recently had a wonderful stay in Palermo, and a big part of that was thanks to our comfortable apartment. The apartment was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, from kitchen utensils to linens. Parking was a breeze, especially considering we were driving. We were lucky enough to find parking right in front of the apartment a few times, but even when we couldn't, there were plenty of nearby spots. Irene, our host, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. She even went out of her way to assist me with navigating the ZTL zones in Palermo. Although breakfast wasn't included, the apartment provided a nice selection of free snacks and drinks, including cereals, milk, water, cakes, and toasts. We also appreciated the convenience of having paid beverages like water and juice available in the fridge. It was like having a mini-bar in our apartment! For those who prefer to prepare their own meals, the apartment offered coffee and groceries for purchase. This is especially helpful for the ones who want save time and money on dining out. Overall, our stay in Palermo was a fantastic experience, and our apartment played a significant role in making it so memorable. We would highly recommend this apartment to families looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Palermo.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped kitchen. Continental breakfast elements are included in the price. Apartment has two bathrooms but one is outside, ie. it is located on a small backyard not in the apartment as such. Grocery is only few minutes walking.

Everything was clean and proper. Irene was very supportive.

The apartment is excellent, huge, and cozy, with very comfortable beds. The kitchen is equipped with everything, and they also offer snacks, pasta, sauces, water, and beverages for a fee. Like with a minifridge in a hotel, you pay what you take. It's convenient if you don't have time to go to the supermarket. We walked on foot to the city center, it's not too far, and the location is very quiet.

Irena was a most gracious host, on hand when we arrived to help us with parking, even made us a coffee to show us how the machine worked. We were also given information on what to visit to make most of our time in Palermo. Thank you Irena for making us feel welcome.

Everything was provided. Very convenient. The owners really paid attention to what guests might need. Coffee and biscuits for breakfast, snacks, water and wine for a small fee.

I traveled to Sicily with my husband for 5 nights, we wanted a quieter and safer place, and Zisa home provided us with this. 1. Location - quiet, populated, safe, close to a supermarket and a restaurant, near monuments - Zisa , Catacombs and around 10 min. from centre by bus and 25 min. by walking 2. Arrival - we ordered a transfer from the airport through Mrs. Irena - apartman owner :), for good price, her son Claudio was waiting for us at the airport and Irene was waiting for us at apartment with the keys. 3. Apartment: spacious with two bedrooms, which suited me, since my husband is a big guy and we slept separately, he didn't fit on the bed =D but that wasn't a problem. Everything was very clean as if no one had ever been there before us, you could see that a female hand was taking care of the apartment, it was all cozy and we literally felt at home. The apartment had absolutely everything that a person needs at home. - on the last day of stay, we traveled as 9 p.m. evening., we could leave our travel bags in the apartment and explore the city until our flight, great - in Sicily it is better to take a B and B apartment, cook something for yourself, buy in a local store (5 min. by walk), you have to taste the pastries, pesto, spreads, and food that you miss when eating in a restaurant, we had a mix, but the level of the restaurant was weak (exp. in the center, but restaurant Casa Nostra near apartman have good pizza), that's why we preferred dinner at home, everything needed was available in the kitchen =)

Breakfast was ok, but my husband and I have quite a few lactose problems, therefore could not enjoy the excellent selection that was offered.

Irene , the host was very friendly and exceptionally allowed us to check in before the standard time which was highly appreciated because of the very hot weather. The place is nicely decorated and pretty quiet. I highly recommend.
