The location was fantastic, close to the cathedral and other historical sights and near the pedestrian streets teeming with bars and restaurants. The accommodation was really comfortable and homey. The kitchen was very well stocked with crockery, cutlery, cooking equipment and cooking utensils and a full size fridge. The living area downstairs was spacious and had a solid dining room table with four chairs, as well as a couch and a bookshelf thoughtfully containing some novels in different languages, maps of Palermo and information on various cultural attractions.The most superb feature was the double window/ doors in the lounge room which had a direct view of the royal palace and overlooked the palm trees growing in the Piazza. The bedroom upstairs was a decent size with a large double wardrobe and lovely plump pillows on the bed. The host, Guilia was very welcoming.

Everything required for a short stay was in the apartment. Instructions were clear and easy to follow and Giulia was a joy to deal with, even with my basic Italian! The apartment is close to buses and trains and everywhere is walkable from the apartment.

Has to be one of the best locations in the city. Beautiful views from the balcony, and the apartment has everything you need. Couldn’t have been more lucky with the accommodation. The host is also super nice and helpful. Definitely coming back - recommend this to anyone looking for an amazing stay in this beautiful city.

Great communication for check in, and so comfortable to stay in, superb and efficient aircon well equipped. Good situation in easy walking distance of the major sites and the hostess was very helpful. Would not go past here when staying in Palermo, again.

Nice apartment in two levels. You can see Norman palace from the balcony 😀!! Chatedral, metro and bus stop are some minutes walk away and also other important hysterical buildings are very near. The over Giulia was excellent. She deserves 10+👍!!

“Huge apartment, a great view, in the centre but quiet”

The apartment is huge,super clean and has all the facilities. The view from the balcony is outstanding, just as in the photos. The location is in the heart of the historical centre, a few steps away from the Cathedral, still, the square itself is quiet. Giulia went the extra mile to make my stay comfortable and her engagement definitely added to my experience. She was very responsive and helpful.

“Nice but needs improvement”

The location of the property was perfect. Overlooking a beautiful square with the main high street being only a 2 minute walk away. The TV also came with an Amazon fire stick for use of online streaming services. The apartment was really spacious with nice cordoning of rooms.

“Wonderful apartment, spacious, beautiful views, lovely host - I didn't want to leave!”

This is a wonderful apartment, so spacious that even though I booked it, it surprised me when I arrived! The lower floor has a kitchen, dining area and living room with two (!) balconies, and upstairs is the large bedroom and the bathroom. When I arrived (very easy, great communication with host Giulia to let me in) it was spotlessly clean, even surfaces that can sometimes be forgotten - for instance I hung up my shower mitts over the top of the shower cublicle and there was not a speck of dust on them. I was welcomed with a bottle of water chilling in the fridge and a coffee machine with pods, plus other thoughtful items (mosquito killer, toiletries, and perfectly for the hand-luggage-only traveller: scissors! I wish every place thought of that). In fact there were thoughtful touches everywhere: electrical sockets by the bed, a big surface in the bathroom for toiletries and make-up, lots of shelves, lamps and mirrors exactly where you'd put them yourself. Locationwise it's right opposite the royal palace so you get a great view from one of those balconies, and it's a five minute walk from a train station (you can catch a train to the airport from there). You can get to the cathedral and large tourist area through a beautiful park just opposite, and there are a number of restaurants and a bakery within a few minutes' walk.

Giulia was so friendly and helpful. I cannot rate her hospitality highly enough. Great location near the Norman Palace. It was also a huge room. Great value.
