“Good location, apartment needs some TLC”
We had a pleasant stay overall. The location was really convenient and made it easy to get around, and communication from the host was excellent throughout. They were very responsive and accommodating, even allowing us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. A solid option if you're looking for somewhere well-located with a helpful host.

The location was perfect, right in the city around the corner from Teatro Massimo and shopping and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and was well stocked with everything we needed. Our host also allowed us a generous check out time which was much appreciated.

“Clean, modern apartment in a fantastic location.”
Apartment is clean, modern and well appointed. The location was fantastic and so convenient and scenic - our balcony overlooked Teatro Massimo. It was within walking distance to everything! You could also get public transport right in front or a scenic horse and carriage ride! There was paid parking along the street right in front of the apartment and although very busy, we always managed to find a spot. Host was very helpful and friendly.

Great and central location near the historic center. We had great dinners in the close neighbourhood. We arrived with a car and there are plenty of parking options.

“We loved to live in the city and the apartment was so safe.”
It was a great point in the city so we couldn’t use any public transport to reach everything to visit. We got a nice guide about great restaurants, gelatos, street food places. That was extremly useful and every place was amazing.

“Definitely a place I will be checking for availability when next time in Palermo”
The Teatro Massimo Apartments was our lucky choice. We were five girlfriends travelling for 3 nights. Great location. The apartment is located in the middle of everything. You can easily move around only just walking - restaurants, bars, shops, grocery shops, souvenir shops anything you think about. Giusy was extremely helpful and always reachable. She was responding within a few minutes and always giving a clear instructions and tips. The apartment is big with comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms, air-co in each room, fridge, necessary kitchen equipment and other more. Definitely a place I will be checking for availability when next time in Palermo - and I will come back. Thank you Giussy.

“Great location”
Centrally located apartment in the historic centre close to all main attractions and plentiful places to eat. We stayed in apartment 1 (two bedrooms, two bathrooms), which was immaculately clean with fabulous balcony views of the Teatro Massimo. Good communication with the host who was there to welcome us and keep us right. We parked in Parking Orlando which was €13 per day, outside the low emissions zone and an 8 minute (straight) walk to the apartment.

“Great flat, arrival arrangements were challenging.”
It was located near to a lively area, which suited us and the flat itself was relatively quiet. It was well equipped and apart from slight niggles with the shower (both the overhead and the side shower definitely need repairing) and the waterproof mattress protector (hot), the stay was very comfortable with plenty of space.
