It is an apartment without any car parking facility. When we arrived, we could not take our stuff out from the car because there was no parking available. We had four large bag and there was no one in the apartment as they left 5 o’clock and we reached late around 7 o’clock.. so we did not stay there and we booked other hotels and we lost our pre-payment

New and modern furnished apartment. Spotlessly clean and kept that way throughout our stay. Marco welcomed us warmly and gave us some tips for our stay in Palermo. Absolutely quiet, even at night, no noise from the busy Italian streets. Everything is exactly as advertised in the booking.com listing. The apartment is not in the city centre, but it can be reached by bus lines 101 and 102, which run regularly from early morning until late at night. The train station is five minutes away and has a regional train to the airport.

Excellent location. Close to the train station. Marco has been excellent and very helpful. Advised us places to visit and places to eat in Palermo. Highly recommended.

Very nicely renovated room on the 2nd floor which is spacious and modern. It has fast wifi connection, smart-TV, air condition, coffee machine with coffee capsules, mini-bar with bottles of water, wine bottles and other beverages, a very well-equipped modern bathroom with bio products for the body and the hair. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. The location is fine; quite centrally located and next to it there is a supermarket, cafes, restaurants, shops etc.

It was a lovely big room with the most comfiest of bed. Marco was super helpful and attended to any of our requests immediately. We had a coffee maker in the room so was able to have a good coffee for breakfast. There was a fridge and a small dining table so it was perfect to have an afternoon snack in the room. Very handy to the train station
