Nice clean appartment 10 minutes walk from Teatro Massimo. Parking available in Orlando garage just 5 minutes walking. Both hosts are super nice and breakfast in the cafe is also a plus.

Very big room that had everything you need with great hosts and great breakfast. Good location to get around Palermo . Great place for solo or couples to stay.

The staff were very friendly and will go out of their way to make your experience as comfortable as possible. Free coffee and pastry for breakfast in the morning. Comfy bed and bath tub. I highly recommend this place. Great value for money.

“Charming place, great hosts, don't hesitate!”

The place is charming,authentic and very central☺️ Spacious room, provided with everything you need (filled minibar, bathroom kit, iron), yummie breakfast one street further, and I was lucky to find a parking spot in front of the building. The owners are lovely! Always available and providing you with all the informations you need. Michael even tried helping me fixing a rental car problem. And as I had to get up at 5pm to drive to the airport, I found a warm cappucino&croissant in front of my door🥰 I absolutely recommend this place, grazie per tutto!

Everything is perfect about this property. It is comfortable as a modern one, but still has the style of old classic. Hosts are super nice, amenities are good, location is good as well.

I cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you are travelling as a woman. The location is very central and convenient without being in the touristic buzz. The staff so professional and always present to help you. The service level is exceptional.

The host was lovely and accommodating. I absolutely loved the thought that went into easing a tourist's stay. The hosts even thought of the little things like tooth brushes and the accommodation was well equipped with all the necessities and I can't fault the cleanliness either. Loved the mirror door. The location is very good, only a short walk from the centre. I highly recommend as I would stay here again 🙂

This was one of the most amazing stays! The host, Michael, was unbelievable kind and hospitable. He brought me breakfast when the place for breakfast was closed, checked on me constantly, was always available and helpful. He really went above and beyond. The place was spacious, clean, well located, and so cozy. I used to prefer staying in hotels but now I started preferring b&bus because of thos amazing experience.

Host and associated cafe owner were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. Free breakfast was delicious. Room and bathroom of exceptional size for price and many amenities available. Hard to find fault with this place, absolutely a 10/10 recommendation.

Near the train station. Located close to many of the city's attractions. Clean, AC and spacious. The apartment is very quiet, I was able to sleep without any issues.
