“Perfectly located to explore Palermo.”
Perfect location enabling us to easily get to the centre, the harbour and the seafront. Lovely bonus of being able to see the harbour waterfall from the balcony when it dances to music at night.

“should stop listing this property until it's fixed”
A lot of stuff was not OK in the apartment (broken drawers, scratched furniture, dirty walls). Above all: there was an unbearably unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom and at the attempt to ask the owner to fix it or offer an alternative accommodation - no resolution was offered. The air conditioning was not functioning well, there was no hot water in the shower. Terrible stay and absolutely not worth the money.

The apartment is pleasant, the view and the terrace are fabulous. In the morning, you can see the sunrise from your bed. Communication was easy, I can only recommend it!
