We had such a wonderful stay at Ponticello Apartments! Cristina was an exceptional host from beginning to end! She communicated so much information to us before we arrived including all the travel options from the airport and even recommended restaurants. Cristina was so friendly and helpful and was there every day to assist us with anything. Nothing was too much for her. She checked on us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed! The apartment was beautiful! Super spacious, clean and modern with excellent facilities and superb location! Right in the historic centre, only three minutes walk from Quattro Canti. Really good value for money! We stayed in five different places during our stay in Sicily and this was the best by far! Couldn't recommend this place enough! Can't wait to go back!

The apartment was very comfortable, clean and spacious. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and I was able to prepare dinner in the kitchen area one night. Great communication with hosts, who responded quickly even on a national holiday!

It was pleasure for us to stay 5 nights in Ponticello Apartments. Communication with Cristina was great since beginning, she was very kind and helpful. Appartment is new, was very nice, clean and we found there all what was needed. Apartment is located in the centre of the city, walking distance to all interesting places in the town. I really recommend this place for staying in Palermo.

Great location, close to public transportation, 10 minutes to the train station, and attractions within walking distance. Comfortable bed, though I'd like a slightly softer pillow.

The hosts Cristina and Salam were extremely welcoming and helpful and did everything they could to ensure we had an excellent stay. I would definitely recommend Ponticello apartments and would go back if I return to Palermo :)
