Stefania was a lovely host who made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. After the initial booking she got in touch with recommendations of things to do and places to eat and kept us up to date with our check in prior to arrival. The apartments were in a great location and allowed us to explore Palermo and beyond with ease. Everything about the stay was easy and nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect stay! The location is amazing, just a stone's throw from the main monuments. The host, Stephania, was incredibly helpful and full of thoughtful touches, like serving a great pastries in the morning. On top of that, the terrace inside Peonia offers a stunning view over the city. Highly recommend!

Peonia apartments is located in a nice quiet area of Palermo just a short distance to the bigger attractions. Stefania, the host, was very attentive with information, recommendations, daily check-in messages and just a general openness and kindness. You feel very at home. She even left fresh baked goods for us! We booked (unintentionally) the room with the private patio/jacuzzi (Fior de Loto) which was amazing to soak up some of the May sun on the terrace. On top of this, the room was squeeky clean!

Perfect location, stunning balcony views and the most incredible host (Stefania). Super friendly pre visit, post visit and all the way throughout. You will feel safe with her recommendations and she goes out of her way to ensure you are comfortable and making the most of your trip. The shower and bathroom facilities were perfect!

We booked Peonia Boutique Apartments only a week before our trip, so it was a last-minute booking, but it turned out to be an excellent choice. Before we arrived, Stefania contacted me on WhatsApp to check our arrival time. She very kindly offered us a free early check-in as we were arriving early, and she also sent lots of useful information about restaurants, bars, cafés, airport transfers, and places to visit in Palermo, which was greatly appreciated. The apartment was in a perfect location, right in the centre and within easy walking distance of nearly all the main sights, as well as plenty of restaurants, bars and convenience stores. The room was very clean, comfortable and well equipped, with a large bed, good-quality linen, air conditioning, heating, TV, two balconies, and a kitchenette with everything we needed. We also really appreciated the coffee machine and pods, the water and juices in the fridge, and the welcome pastries and chocolates. The bathroom was excellent, especially the shower, and it was very well stocked, including a hairdryer with a diffuser. The roof terrace was another lovely bonus, with beautiful views across the rooftops and church spires of Palermo. The standout part of our stay was definitely Stefania. She was so friendly, cheerful and helpful, and she really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and well looked after. The fresh pastries she left for us each morning were a particularly lovely touch. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

This Place has it’s high Rating for a Reason. The rooms were super clean and cosy, Equipped with everything you would need. We Even got Little Snacks, an extra kettle for some tea and coffee ready for us in the Apartment. When we needed anything, the host made sure we get it. She was super friendly and helpful with tips and recommendations around Palermo and made sure that everything was nice for us. The Location cannot be much better, we will defenitly be back. “Wonderful stay, weather beautiful, food delicious, host very welcoming.”

Host was courteous and provided us with breakfast on our arrival and the following days. The apartment was exceptionally clean. The area which was close to the square (Piazza Olivella) had a number of bars and restaurants. Before our arrival our host Stefania recommended places of interest and where to eat, including how to get from Palermo airport to our accommodation. We found taxi sharing was the best option and reasonably priced at 8 euros each. As a native of Sicily it was easy for me to navigate round Palermo and speaking the language also helps. However goggle map also works. Sicilians are a helpful nation and more so when you compliment their food which is delicious. I would certainly recommend Peonia apartments and would use it again.

The host is great! She provided in advance directions and instructions on how to get there, as well as tips on places to visit, restaurants, public transport and helped with ordering a taxi for the return. She also provided fresh pastry for us)) Room was spacious, clean and modern. Location is great, very close to everything, but at the same time is on the quiet street, so no noisy tourists at night. If we'll be in Palermo again, definitely would stay in the same place again)

Stefania our host was exceptional, she gave us great tips on how to get to the apartment and went out of her way with some local hot spots for a truly local food and drink experience. The location was just what we were after, close to all the action, but quiet for a good night's sleep. We'd happily stay there again and would highly recommend it for anyone heading to Palermo. The bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is nice and modern and the apartment was very clean. Stefania thank you for being a great host.
