Fantastic room, plenty of space and the shower/bath were good size. Lovely kitchen/dining area for breakfast. Staff were so welcoming and friendly, also very helpful city guide was provided to help navigate the city. Great restaurant recommendations also. Location is ideal if you want to experience to heart and soul of the city. Would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Palermo. First class!!

The property is ideally located in central Palermo. The room was spacious, beautifully presented and comfortable. The bathroom is modern with a really good walk in shower. The air-conditioned room was well equipped with kettle, fridge and hairdryer. There is a small balcony equipped with two chairs and a table where you can sit out and enjoy the late afternoon/ early evening sun. Communication from the hosts was exceptional. I had requested a late check in and received an immediate response. About four days before we were due to travel I was contacted on WhatsApp by Mary setting up a ‘contact group’ for all future communication. Around 3 days before travelling I was sent a self check in message and upon completion I was sent a link with details (including pictures) of how to use the key pads to enter the main building and the apartment. When we landed in Sicily I was sent another message welcoming me and asking me to confirm when I arrived at the apartment and got in to my room. I confirmed my arrival and then received a message detailing breakfast arrangements. The concise and clear communication took all the stress out of the process. Our hosts could not have been better. We were also told that we could message at anytime if we had any questions or encountered any problems and while we didn’t need to take advantage of this offer it was very comforting to know that help was available should we need it.

The communication was excellent from the very beginning – very friendly, quick and helpful. The location is perfect, right in the center and ideal for exploring Palermo. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic, very modern and clean. They even helped us with parking. Overall, the service was absolutely perfect and made our stay very enjoyable.

We only had a one night stay here when passing through Palermo, but would definitely recommend staying here. Easy late check-in thanks to excellent communication from Paolo. Lovely, large room. Central location and near the airport shuttle bus stop. Good breakfast included. A thoughtful gift from Paolo was appreciated too. 😃
