“Fine apartment and a perfect host”

Excellently located for our visit to La Kalsa, especially since we were mostly based around the marina area. Antonio was great, brought us some delicious cannoli and took the time to explain some places to visit and how to us.

Antonio was the most gracious guest, extremely helpful and kind throughout the stay. He notified us before about building work and gave us the chance to cancel the booking but we thought it would be ok as we would be out and about for the majority of the day. Antonio really was a lovely host, helped us with travel, etc, couldn't ask for more from a host in that regard. The apartment is large (for 2 people anyway, it was me and my friend) with a spacious roof terrace. We enjoyed the roof terrace for afternoon drinks.

Antonio was very kind. He helped us with the transfer from airport and gave good tips about the city. Location is perfect - close to the see and promenade and also the main streets and city center. We enoyed our stay. Appartment also is very good for families with children.

The area is awesome close to everything, quiet and safe. Even a bus station is at the front. 10min walk to main train. The 2 floor apartment with 2 bedrooms are perfectly comfortable especially the beds!!! The terrace is a dream.. All good equipped and has a washer! Host is super nice and lovely! Thanks for all the tips and things u did for us!

A nice family appartment with seperate bedrooms in a good location near the city centre. Within 10 minutes walk from the central area of activities. Nice spacious roof terrace. The owner responded quickly to our requests during the stay. Also we had a very late delayed check in after midnight, which was no issue at all.

My husband and I stayed at this property for 2 weeks while working remotely in Palermo. The apartment was comfortable, clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The WiFi was very fast and the 2 AC units worked great. Antonio was a kind and thoughtful host who went out of his way to accommodate us. The washing machine broke while we were there and he immediately sent someone to fix it, he brought us clean linens halfway through our stay and even gave us a ride to the beach. Thanks for everything, Antonio!

The host was very kind, friendly and helpful. The terrace was my favorite part of the apartment. I stayed with my family and we had really good time. It was a pleasure to stay in Palazzo Trinacria.

Cozy and authentic apartment at the heart of Palermo. Comfortable beds, good wifi, very nice terrace to sip morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. The host Antonio is very amicable, helpful and easy to communicate with. Location close to the bus stops, a well-equipped supermarket and the promenade at the sea side.
