Beautiful, characterful apartment in a fantastic location

“Amazing location - great for friends sharing or families”

Stayed with two mates recently. 3 lovely bedrooms each with their own bathroom and 4 balconies. Location was amazing for the old town. Will definitely recommend it to anyone I know going to Palermo. They gave us so much information about Palermo. 10/10 Would stay again if back

“Excellent”

Location was great in between city centre and Port. Air-conditioning in all areas, great after a hot trail around the city. Flavia had lots of food in the fridge and good assortment of breakfast items. Shower and toilet in every room, with was ideal as I stayed there with my grandson 22 and granddaughter 19.

We rented the whole apartment for a family trip. Flavia is an amazing host. She has given us all the information, directions, and suggestions. Helpful and polite, and has gone the extra mile for our stay! The rooms are spacious and functional, right in the city centre in a beautiful building. Breakfast had everything we needed and we had a beautiful stay. Again, thank you Flavia so much for being such an amazing host!

Flavia left lots of local delicacies for us to try and the fridge was full of amazing produce. So generous above and beyond.

The location is perfect, the host is very kind and gave us every information we wanted - awesome comunication. The rooms were clean and it made us wanting a longer stay in Palermo 🤣❤️ I strongly recommend.

Palermo is a city with a very special charm. This comfy apartment couldn't be better placed for site seeing and visiting restaurants. Flavia, the owner, was welcoming, helpful, giving us lots of hints about where to go and stayed in touch throughout our stay, always contactable should we want to ask anything. We loved this apartment, in this historic building and the views over the roof tops and roof terraces.

A clean, secure and large renovated apartment with all the facilities you need including three bathrooms and a good range of breakfast options including fresh fruit, yoghurt, croissants, eggs, juice and great coffee. The location of the historical apartment building is perfect in the old town and within walking distance to everything. Flavia is a wonderful and kind host who checked in with us each day. She provided good recommendations about the Palermo sights to visit and restaurants. She also arranged parking for us which is difficult in Palermo. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

The apartment was tastefully renovated and decorated and all our rooms had ensuites which made the stay very comfortable. It was very clean and fresh. Our bedrooms were very large. Our host paid great attention to detail about information needed for our stay including recommending some great eating places. We were offered so much breakfast variety It was amazing. We had a wide assortment of cereals pastries and eggs as well as milk coffee and tea.

Flavia, the host, was very good with communications and giving excellent local advice about restaurants and things to do, she was very helpful. The local restaurant called Quattro Mani was very good. The 3x en-suite bedrooms were perfect for us (2x adults and 2x teenagers) to stay and explore Palmero. The property has good quality double glazing French doors/windows and shutters which means there is no external noise and the property keeps nice and cool when the air con is on. Location is good to explore the historic part of the city with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. The kitchen is well equipped and breakfast provided.
