“Palermo exceeded my expectations”

The location was good, close to lots of bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and has a walk-in shower, Palermo was fun, largely because the world cup was on so all the bars were open late and full of locals and tourists watching the games together.

Location in the center of the city with amazing view on the theatre de Palermo, elevator, the restaurant on the top floor. Very clean and spacious room. Great communication before our stay to make everything easy.

Newly-decorated, spacious room with a view directly onto the front of the Theatre Maximus. The property is located in a central location within walking distance to many of the cities historic locations, especially the wonderful Cathedral. The room facilities included a small kitchen with very nice coffee-making facilities.

The very best location in Palermo. Safe and secure, spacious rooms which were very well decorated. Immaculate housekeeping daily. You could not ask for more.

Amazing location right opposite Teatro Massimo. Large, comfortable, rooms with really good facilities and balconies overlooking the square.

Very centrally located, fabulous accommodation, overlooking a very vibrant area. Wonderful to relax and hear the world go by. Equally quiet to sleep (I go to bed early) with soundproof windows. Very comfy beds. Helpful staff. All in all, a brilliant stay, thank you for having us whilst I ran the marathon, and thank you for the late later check out!

Loved the beautiful design of the apartment, gorgeous view of the theatre, right in the heart of Palermo. Thw restaurant Doba in the same building had the best food and views! The room was so comfortable and accessible we used it regularly in between sightseeing and it was the perfect place to recharge.

We really liked the central location as the apartments are opposite beautiful building in an open area with lots going on. We also found the staff very helpful and enjoyed the roof top restaurant that has amazing views.

Breakfast was a real highlight – served in a lovely café with plenty of options to choose from and a truly magical view. As for the property itself, I’m left with mixed feelings. The location is excellent, with a direct view of Teatro Massimo, and the staff were friendly and professional. They explained clearly how to park the car and were responsive whenever I had a question. The room itself was rather standard. Perhaps it was my oversight, but it did not exactly match the presentation of the specific room on Booking – the photos seem to be a mix from different units. The rooftop terrace was unfortunately not accessible during my stay. The balcony overlooked a side street, though you could still see Teatro Massimo from it. Maybe I’m being a bit picky, but after traveling across Italy (and Sicily in particular), I find some of the additional charges unnecessary. A supplement for a small dog and another one for a late check-in at 8:00 pm (which I was informed about and paid) felt a little excessive. Overall, the place has potential. With this price range, however, I think there’s room to refine the atmosphere and make the experience more in line with the expectations that the location and presentation naturally create.

Fantastic location, we had a great view. Very modern fitout, clean, maid service daily with fresh towels, water, coffee, tea bags, was really nice. The best resturant in Sicily is in the same building on the 4th floor. This has spectacular views, the friendliest staff and mouth watering food. It was the highlight of our 7 days in Palermo, we went back 3 nights!!! Would definatley recomend this apartment and Doba resturant. We were lucky we got in without booking, but we saw many people turnex away so recomend you book ahead of time.

Very clean and very bright apartment. Well located in the city centre opposite the Theatre Massimo. Very comfortable large bed and big bedroom. Double glazing worked well to keep out the street noise. Breakfast in the local cafe was excellent. Good supply of bottled water and some other soft drinks. We didn't cook but it seemed fairly well equipped for light cooking. No oven. Very friendly helpful staff.
