“Beautiful hotel that didn't disappoint”
A beautiful hotel with attentive staff that were a delight to deal with. The room had a small balcony with table and chairs that you could sit on and enjoy the tea provided on our arrival. The bathroom was clean and well appointed, good hot water flow. Tea, coffee, kettle and fridge are supplied. Great location with good security. Staff assisted carrying luggage to our room

The staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging a very early taxi to the airport and help with luggage. They were highly professional, friendly and welcoming and I especially appreciated the delicious granita on arrival!! I will definitely stay in your hotel again.

“What a great gem found directly in the center of Palermo! Our room was huge 40m2 on a duplex”
Breakfast was excellent-- they prepare your order from the night before, they expect you upon arrival and they present it so beautifully! The seasoning was superb and italian espresso delicious! The restaurant is also very well decorated and charming.

“A very lovely place for a stay in Palermo”
Super central (when by car you have to drive through the pedestrian zone, it‘s ok, the hotel gives the license plate to the local police), very newly renovated, super nicely decorated (loved the bathroom in particular!), still quiet despite being in the city center, the hotel has an extensive breakfast selection and we received great recommendations for dinner & drinks.
