We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at Palazzo Mazzarino as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children). From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded our expectations. The transport arranged from Palermo airport was smooth and well-organised, which made our arrival completely stress-free. The apartment itself was simply breathtaking—spacious, beautifully designed, and full of character. Being located right in the heart of Palermo made it the perfect base for exploring the city, with everything within easy reach. We also really appreciated the little tour of the building, which added a special touch and helped us fully appreciate its history and beauty. A special thank you to Margherita and Rosita, who were incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout our stay. Their hospitality truly made a difference and made us feel very welcome. Overall, Palazzo Mazzarino is an amazing place to stay, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Palermo—especially families. We would love to return!

The location is ideal in the centre - we were able to check on early on our arrival day. Rossella and Margherita were both really helpful and responsive - and the apartment - a studio - was spacious and had lots of character.

Spot on central on pedestrian street. Within easy walking distance of major attractions. Excellent choice of Shops and restaurants all around. Our host Luca was really helpful and easy to connect with via WhatsApp, offering help and suggestions when needed. He even made arrangements for a taxi to pick us up from the Bus terminal. The apartment is spotlessly clean, very spacious and well equipped with a kitchen and even a washing machine. Apartment was very quiet situated in the grandiose Palazzo. Highly recommended.

“Superbly located apartment in an old palazzo”
The location right in the middle of the Old City was superb, very close to all the action. Luca was a very welcoming and obliging host - he organised transfers from and to the airport and we would highly recommend taking advantage of this service.
