The Location, the cleanliness, the gym and the responsiveness of staff to any request whether it related to additional bedding, towels, heating as it was colder than anticipated in Palermo transfers and taxi. Amazing gym too and every member of staff is a true gem. Fruit in the bowl was a nice touch too

Location and room was fantastic. Modern with ancient charm. In the heart of the city, but the room was quiet and relaxing.

A great little gem in the thriving historical area. Busy outside but inside the suite was surprisingly quiet. Check-in and out were easy and efficient. Really recommend staying here whilst in Palermo.

Wonderful location and very comfortable room. A little hard to understand where reception was but we arrived late at night and couldn't quite understand the check in process due to language barrier but staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Everything was amazing; location, room, and staff all high quality. PD: If you are a gym junkie like me, don’t think it twice. Hardly to find hotels with gyms like this one across Europa. No excuses!

Room was nice. Service was good including the airport transport that you need. Coffee maker was like Nespresso. Despite on a busy road, no noise in the room.

This small apartment is part of a historic palazzo, and very tastefully restored. Superbly positioned in the heart of the old town, offering easy access by foot to all the main attractions and good restaurants. A lovely apartment at the back of the building, so quiet, and all amenities provided. Can strongly recommend it to anyone who is able to climb a few stairs. Difficult to access by car, but good bus connection to the airport. Get off at Via Roma and 5 mins walk. We’d gladly return.

Right in the centre of the action but still remarkably quiet when you’re there. It’s an impressive renovation of a historic property with lovely modern facilities. The unusual bed on a mezzanine added an extra touch of glamour! Great aircon as well. The team was very responsive and in all it was a good place to escape the heat and madness of the city centre.

Very charming place with a great terrace and impeccable service - only issue was that upstairs is a bit tough for tall people and one needs to know you have to climb 2-3 stairs to get to apartment.
