Excellent communication and key handover. The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious, close to important monuments. A few small things could be improved to make it perfect. Since we visited it in February, when the otherwise great terrace cannot be used in the evening, it would be nice to add comfortable chairs with armrests to the apartment. There is a folding table in the kitchen, but not many chairs. The kettle is too small. There could be more toilet paper.

Very good location, close to the old center and the central station. The apartment is very well kept and we had all the amenities we needed.

Everything was good. Location was perfect. The stay was pleasant. Check in was easy. WiFi worked good. Host was nice. The experience in general was good. Neighbours were not annoying and with our friends we liked the furniture.

Location was great. Easy walk down hill from the train station to the apartment. Host was very welcoming and helpful. They sent through a list of activities and restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable, plenty of bedrooms, lovely balcony - very comfortable for our party of 6

“Beautiful apartment in a superb but sometimes noisy location”
The location is superb, right by the Palazzo del Normanni in a historical area. The building is a wonderful, traditional build with amazing marble steps. Easy to get to and from the airport being within a few minutes walk from the train station and ideally situated to walk to all Palermo's attractions. It's also near the bus stop for Monreale. The apartment looks and feels luxurious. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was good quality and the place was fresh and airy. The decor is beautiful, very interesting and quirky using lots of old gadgets in a creative way. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Everything worked well. The showers were great. There is a small terrace to have meals outside and plenty of seats.
