great place for stay in palermo, really close to the porta nuova and the downtown. parking was nearby, safe and secure and host was great, really friendly and helpful

I strongly suggest staying here when you visit Palermo. Very spacious and comfortable apartments - we felt like at home. Well equipped (including clothes dryer). If you travel with a child he/she will have own bed/bathroom. Host Giovanna is nice and helpful. Free parking slots can be found on Largo Niccolò Longobardi.

Location. Close to Palazzo Rrale-Orleans train station. We caught train from Airport. Walking distance to old city and markets. Near tour buses. Larger supermarket a little distance but mini marts nearby. Giovanni excellent 5 star host, organised a 4am taxis to the airport for us. Very helpful.

I liked everything and especially this friendly, special Giovanna whom I felt I have known for years. She welcomed me as if I was one of her friends and she allowed me to live in her apartment where everything is well organized, extremely clean and where I felt better than at my own place. That feeling is so precious, her pieces of advice were so pretious making me want to go back again. Excellent kitchen with everything you need to cook (I didn't), great mattress, quite nights. Location is wonderful because you can walk for a few minutes to visit the Cathedral, the Palace of the Normans, to walk to the train and bus station when travelling to Agrigento or Cefalù. Giovanna's friendliness and her gifts when I arrived and when I left, the fact that she accompanied me by car to the train station for the airport make me want to go back and stay at the same apartment.

The apartment was very clean and spacious, very well-equipped, well situated (a walking distance to the main attractions of Palermo), the host (Giovana) was very kind, cordial and always willing to help. (She has left fruit and wine to welcome us and we received goodbye gifts before leaving, which was very sweet. A very good place to stay at during a visit to Palermo.

What impressed us the most was how conveniently located the house was to all the attractions we wanted to visit - it made getting around a breeze. The host was also exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure that our stay was a pleasant one. She was always available to answer any questions we had and offer recommendations on things to do in the area. Their hospitality made us feel at home, which was really appreciated. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone planning a trip to Palermo. The combination of a great house, excellent host, and convenient location make it the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking to explore the city. The house is tastefully decorated with modern and functional equipment/furniture. You have everything you need, as if you are at home. The host is helpful and nice. I like that there are 2 full bathrooms and the 2 bedrooms are placed in such a way that are further from the busy street. As a person with back problems, the foam memory pillows were perfect for me. The house is close to important turistic objectives and places where you can eat.

Newly renovated, with style and efficency. I had all I needed and the owner did justice to the amazing sicilian hospitality!

We loved our holiday home at Palermo, host Giovanna was an absolute gem, met us with water wine and fresh fruit after late night flight from London. She guided us thru the house, answered all the questions, helped to find money exchange point and even borrowed a stroller for our boy, so we were able to move around the city struggle free. House was very clean, well equipped, very spacious, location was great, 5-10min walk from old town, safe area, good price too. Highest recommendations! Book this without any doubts, you wont regret!

Very friendly host, well-furnitured appartment and an excellent place for a short trip to Palermo. If you don't intend to be away during daytime, you'll miss direct sunlight inside or outdoor space.

The house is very spacious, equiped with anything you might need, and everything was perfectly clean. The host Giovanna is also helpful and kind. We could even borrow towels and an umbrella for the beach and wash our clothes here - great facilities!
