“Perfect Stay”

This is a wonderful place to stay in Palermo! The host is warm and incredibly helpful. She has truly thought of every detail. The hotel rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful.

“Amazing stay - super clean, great breakfast, and the loveliest host”

The place was absolutely amazing - spotlessly clean, with a delicious breakfast served at a charming nearby pasticceria. Most importantly, Alessandra, our host, is an incredibly sweet, caring, and kind person who made our stay truly special. We had a wonderful time! Usually, accommodations look better in photos than in real life, but in this case, it was quite the opposite - it was even more beautiful and welcoming in person.

Our stay in Miceli Exclusive Suite was amazing, and also our host Alessandra was very kind and helpful. We had everything we needed in our suite and every day we received new coffee pods and other necessities. I would recommend this stay :)

“Nice room - Nice location - Great Host”

Nice big room - nice decor. Great host who was very helpful and took good care of us with supplies outside of our door everyday. Comfortable beds. Nice location Nice big balcony. Nice minibar. Easy to go to Palermo downtown by bus - the bus is stopping outside the building. The host gave us a lot of information upon our arrival and answer quick during our stay when we had some questions. The apartment was easy to find. Some really nice restaurants in the area. We would love to stay in the apartment again and will definitely recommend the place.

“Swiss hotel standards in Palermo: a rarity”

First time ever I found top Swiss quality and perfection in accomodation abroad. Alessandra is a very welcoming host and does everything to make you feel at home

The facility was perfectly clean and comfortable. Also, the owner was very caring, kind, loving and helpful. She answered all my questions tirelessly. She helped me at every moment of my stay and trip. I think I stayed in the best place to stay in Palermo.

“Excellent room, parking nightmare.”

The hotel room is very modern and very well done. From the extremely large TV , the passcode used to get in, floating bed, large indoor tub and hot tub out on the deck ,the room offered a lot of fine amenities. The view from the large deck was wonderful as we were on the top floor of one of the tallest buildings around.

“perfect as expected from the reviews...”

it was extremly hot when we arrived in palermo. like 48°C... so it was really great to have found the air con already cooling down the room. Even if she was not arround, the communication with the responsable was perfect. we loved it. the view from the room was very nice too and it is quite. so perfect for who has a light sleep like i do.. Breakfast was good, but with that heath to walk 600-700m its still long enough :)

The apartment interior is stunning with high quality finishes and details. The staff was extremely kind and precise on providing all of information needed. The jacuzzi in the terrace is perfect for intimate and romantic dates and with a stunning city view.

Superb apartment, had everything we needed. Cleaning was brilliant. Very luxurious, lovely hot tub on balcony with views of the city and mountains. The hosts were very good with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. No complaints about the room at all it was amazing and very comfortable

“Highly recommended”

Location is great! You can walk to Palermo's town centre in a straight line from the apartments and the street you're on the via dellia Liberta turns into shopping/attraction/restaurant street (it is 30/40 min walk and we were enjoying this daily!). Bus 806 to Mondello Beach is literally outside the building (packed on sunny days!). View from 7th floor is on the urban part of the city with lovely jakarandas trees (these were in full bloom in early June) and mountains in the distance. Abla cafe/restaurant is short walk from apartment and food there is just divine! Our breakfast was also at Alba (our token was supplied daily during the cleaning) and you cannot get more authentic italian/sucilian experience than that! Staff at the restaurant does not speak English but they did try as much as they could to make us comfortable (nothing beats "bravissimo" when I finally ordered my full breakfast in Italian). The apartment is top standard. All looks exactly like in the photos. Cleaning/housekeeping can be supplied daily (but you can easily cancel when you want to sleep in). Hot Tub on the balcony when the weather is not that great is an absolute winner. 👌

“Modern & Stylish- VIP experience”

I had the pleasure of staying at Miceli Exclusive Suite during our visit to Palermo to celebrate my mother’s birthday, and I must say it was an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, everything about our stay was exceptional. Alessandra was so attentive and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything-thank you again for your gift. The appartment is a 10minute bus ride from central Palermo (Teatro Politeama), bus 101 is your best friend on your trip (don’t bother with taxis, thank me later). Upon entering the apartment, I was immediately impressed by the modern and stylish decor. The space was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The jacuzzi in the balcony was my favourite facility to use ;)

“Perfect stay in an absolutely amazing suite”

If I could rate higher than 10, I would. We had a magical stay at Miceli Suites, Alessandra could not have been more helpful in making our stay perfect! The attention to detail and little touches made our stay so special. The suite is so luxurious, the bathroom is an amazing, contemporary design, the room and balcony are very large and the balcony jacuzzi hot tub is incredible! You are on the main avenue into the city with regular buses and easy access to electric scooters and bikes. The breakfast at the cafe round the corner was exceptional also. We will definitely be staying here again.
