“Excellent and modern location!”

Place Maqueda Suites was excellent! Located in the center of Palermo few steps from the Via Maqueda the great main street with lots of coffee shops, restaurants and historical sights. Very clean with modern equipment. You can explore city easily by foot because apartment is in the city center, but also you can rest because it is on a quiet road. Thank you very much Mr. Stefano and your beautiful wife Elizabeta for being so great host to us. Thank you for all great instructions and inputs where to go and what to visit. Many thanks also to the taxy driver Francesco, who drove us everywhere and explained the history and locations of Palermo along the way. This was one of the best acommodations we have ever been in. It’s up to the hotel standards and Stefano and his wife were perfect to us. The communication was great from the beginning and all the instructions were clear and easy. The location is perfect, right next to the Via Maqueda - the city center. The room was extremely clean and it was even cleaned everyday while we were out. The bathroom is modern, equiped with everything you need, and the whole room is very spacious, more than enough space for four of us. The building also has an elevator. It is obvious that Stefano and his wife are professionals and perfect at what they are doing. Thank you so much and see you again!

Location

We booked the Suite and King Suite for our group and were very impressed with the comfort, layout and beautiful presentation of the rooms. There was good air-conditioning if needed, the bathrooms were modern and clean, plus a little balcony option for each room if we'd wanted. There was a selection of good tea/coffee facilities in each room also - another nice touch. It was very well located for us, both for sights and for evening meals. Stefano was very welcoming and helpful - we already had plans for our days, but he was willing to help should we have needed anything.

Modern and bright. Comfortable furniture. Great air conditioning. Spotlessly clean. Very well located for all of the ‘main attractions’ of Palermo; we walked everywhere without the need for public transport. Stefano and his wife are excellent hosts and replied very quickly to any questions we raised. We will definitely be back next year !

Really clean room, nice big bed, two balconies, spacious bathroom. Located really close to the central street with bunches of bars and restaurants, and at the same time not on the street itself which makes the place quite enough for a comfort sleep.

Spacious and very clean room in a good location, only metres from Via Maqueda. Stefano was very responsive to our messages and checked to see if everything was OK for us. The apartments are on 4th floor but the lift was fine and we never had to wait long for it. Having a kettle was great for a morning coffee! The room had everything we needed and was super clean.

It was a very clean and nicely decorated room. I loved that it had balconies. The host was very helpful and kind. It was in the city center and very close to everywhere. The building was old but the elevator worked.

A beautiful clean property in a great location, perfect for the airport bus as it’s extremely close to the stop on via Roma. It is also within a couple of minutes walk of lots of restaurants and bars. The property has been finished to a very high standard and is spotless.
