It was an amazing place located in the center of Palermo on a walkable distance from all of the major sites. Salvatore the host was absolutely amazing, he gave very useful suggestions and in general was available to help in any difficult situation. The room itself was pretty spacious and nice, the inside courtyard was absolutely amazing and the shared kitchen was nice and clean too. I am beyond satisfied with my experience.

We got a really huge and cosy room, the design style was very special, especially the shower design and the access to the common terrace. When we return to Palermo, this will be our place…

The common area was great and the kitchen facilities! The room was quite big and def value for money! The staff went out of their way to help and were very accommodating. Beds are hard but that is to be expected for all my travels in Italy!

The staff is really kind and extremely helpful. I also found that the room had a lot of character which made coming back very refreshing. The location is also right next to the historic center of the city with everything just a couple of minutes away by foot. Fantastic experience overall.

Hotel staff failed to mention it is located in a ZTL, and did not register our vehicle’s plate in spite of us asking for information on parking. We might be fined because of this. Additionnaly, the conditions the hotel is in are not reflected in the photos, it poorly kept which prompted us to leave and find a différent accommodation.

The room was very roomy, and very nice and clean. This is not a typical flat, it´s more like a small hotel in the sense that you get a private room with bathroom, but the rest are common areas. Accesing the property is very easy and it´s extremely well located. The service was top notch

The room was so spacious and cute. The beds were really comfortable. There were 2 ACs, one facing each bed. The open double shower was really cute. The location is perfect, it’s in the city center, near all the must-see spots of Palermo. The terrace is really cosy and the staff really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m visiting Palermo.
