The apartment was in very good condition, very clean, relatively large and quite comfortable. Decoration and equipment was correct, nothing fancy, but complete and functional. The building itself was very nice, and the main advantage was the perfect location, a few minutes walk to all the main attractions. It looks exactly as in the fotos.

A perfect location, everything is within minutes walk. They have a car parking under the building for 15 EUR / day. Everything was very clean. Shower is a bit small but considering the space they did the best possible. Would book it again next time in Palermo.

We could not imagine better location in Palermo. Apartment is ideal for couple or for family with kid(s). Well equipped with all you need for short or medium stay. Large fridge, full size bathroom, wifi functioning without hicups, quiet at night, comfortable beds, washer (for those who need to wash) and finally parking for 15€ (just park in front off the building and give keys to garage owner - full concierge service). Apartment is close to major historical atractions, farmer merkets & streetfood attractions and restaurant district.

“Fantastic location and apartment”

We had a rental car , we were told to wait at a certain street so we could be collected and brought to the apartment. I understood as soon as the guy drove us through the narrowest streets that I'm sure we would ve scratched our car otherwise . It was a complete valet service at 15e a day well worth it . Luigi was outside waiting for us when we pulled up and the guy took our car and parked it . The apartment was fabulous so clean and spacious and the location was amazing , right in the centre of everything. It was the most comfortable bed we've ever slept in. Luigi was fantastic at giving us all the information and there was a booklet with all his recommendations for restaurants, shopping , markets , cafes etc . We would highly recommend staying in this place. Everything was perfect. Luigi spoke very good English too 👏

Breakfast was not included in our booking so cannot comment,location was very convenient between Via Roma and the Quattro Canti yet very quiet as at rear of building so handy for transport links from and to airport either by bus or train.Comfortable and nicely furnished apartment,perfect for a couple of nights in Palermo.

Perfect central location, quiet, clean , secure , easy to contact / helpful host , great recommendations, really comfortable bed, would love to visit again
