“Lovely stay in Palmero”

The location was fantastic. The host was very friendliness and knowledgeable. She responded immediately to all messages. My husband was not well yhe first day and it was a holiday monday so a lot of places shut. She found a pharmacy for us and gave us the directions which we would boy have found otherwise! Her food recommendations were spot on too! Neighbourhood is amazing.Right beside the Capo Market and very safe even at night.

We’ve spent great two weeks. Apartment is super clean, comfortable and well equipped. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare basic meals and coffee is delicious. The host, Simona is the best, she is very helpful and caring. Apartment is located in direct center of historical Palermo, so many interesting things are in short walking distance. There are a lots of locals living around and area is very safe. Many good restaurants around and market nearby have good snacks.

Spacious, clean, well equipped imcluding coffee machine, friendly Simona, great location at Capo market. Enough hot water for showering, airconditioning managed the heating very well. Nice place to stay.

She and her husband picked me up from the airport and sent me recommendations. The location was also really good, market is on your door step. Beautiful loft apartment with a balcony to a vibrant lively neighborhood. Very clean and comfy. Hostess Simona is super friendly and helpful. All the sites, shops, restaurants and bars are in 10 mins walking distance. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Loft Mercede al Capo was absolutely amazing from start to finish! When we initially booked, Simona was very transparent and informed us that there would be noise during our stay due to the Madonna della Mercede celebration, giving us the option to cancel if it was a concern. We decided to keep the reservation, and it turned out to be the best decision: witnessing the marching band linked to the celebration, filling the streets with music, and look at the stunning illuminations on the streets and on the church, was astonishing. The atmosphere was electric, and we could feel how deeply the Palermitans are connected to their traditions. The apartment is small but perfectly furnished and equipped with everything you could possibly need. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable - a true home away from home. What really made our stay unforgettable was Simona, our host. She is not just a host, she embodies the warmth and charm of Palermo! Simona went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed, offering fantastic tips for food and activities, and sharing her love for the city in a way that made us feel like locals. The location of the apartment is unbeatable - it truly lets you immerse yourself in the vibrant life of Palermo. Staying here allowed us to experience the city like a local, right in the heart of all the action. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. And a special shoutout to Maurizio, who made our departure unforgettable by stopping the car on the way to the airport so we could take in the stunning view of the sea. That small gesture was the perfect ending to a perfect stay. Thank you, Simona and Maurizio, for making our trip to Palermo so special. The apartment is located right in the centre. Everything was super clean and comfortable. Simona , the host, is a superstar. She sent me detailed information about all things to do, sites to visit, tips for bars and restaurants. I can definitely recommend this place.

- Simone (host) is super! all the communication is smooth without any issue for both check in and out, even during stays! we also got a lot of recommendations (what a hospitality!) from her as well right after arrival without even asked yet!! - kitchen is very well equipped! bed is comfy, bathroom is clean! - there’s an A/C for both cooling and heating, functioning very well

“We loved the appartment”

It was in a great location in the historic centre. It was really quiet and dark with the shutters closed, so we had amazing sleeps. The apartment had everything we needed, including plenty towels in the bathroom. Simona, the host, was friendly and helpful. The air con and extra fan were great.
