Giada was so helpful and kind, she recommended us many things, also location was wonderful, close to historical center. Room was also excellent, clean and had nice vibes.

It’s a lovely boutique hotel with many interesting features I liked the honesty bar which is a nice touch and the staff are lovely and can’t do enough to make your stay comfortable. The location is peaceful and very handy for the market and Quattro Canti with lovely views from the Juliette balcony and the bed was extremely comfortable.

Perfect location for a city trip to Palermo. If you can get your hands on the room called Morgana, you’re in luck - it’s got to have one of the best views of the city at an unbeatable price. It’s also super spacious, light and well furnished. Read some bad reviews about the quality of the bed but we loved it and slept very well. As others have stated, it’s super central but quiet and the little yard around the tower feels exceptionally clean and safe.

Very nice and calm environment, although you're still close to the city center. The breakfast is splendid as well and Giada and her colleagues / family are really welcoming. I would definitely suggest this place above the bigger hotels in Palermo for sure!

It's a beautiful old building renovated with heart to keep the character. The rooms are comfortable. Air condition is working. Free filtered water all the time available. Nice italian breakfast and good coffee. Very helpful and super friendly staff.

A lovely, unique accommodation which is very central in the historic quarter of Palermo.

The room was really beautiful, well laid out and styled to feel very Italian but with modern comforts - I even enjoyed the strange shower by the bed. Once you get used to navigating back streets the location is very good. I enjoyed laying out on the terrace and the honesty bar is a really handy feature.

The staff were very helpful and made us very welcome. Breakfast was good and staff very attentive. The location is perfect for visiting historic Palermo. We had a lovely meal in ristorante Santamarina, which played some classic Jazz/blues songs, and is only 5 minutes walk away. Thank you to Giada and all the staff.
