“Charming Apartment Near the Royal Palace”

The location is excellent, right next to the royal palace and close to the train station to the airport. It's just a 10-minute walk to the city center, and there's a bus stop nearby. The apartment features a beautiful terrace. We visited during the winter, and the owner provided heaters in almost every room, which was great! The apartment is located on the top floor, without an elevator. So keep in mind that there will be a lot of stairs.

Excellent location, great host

Apartment is very comfortable for a couple. Location is great, at the entrance to historical center of the city and the absolute star is a big terrace with a Norman Palace view. Hosts are very friendly and flexible.

That terrace! Espectacular views, right at the edge of crazy Italian traffic and the beautiful Normandie Palace. The apartment inside was comfortable, small living room and kitchen but with a terrace so nice we didn’t mind! Host is super nice and welcoming and was available for all out trip. Highly recommended! One of my favourite places in Palermo!!

The location of the flat is brilliant, just on the edge of the old city and so much to visit within a fifteen minute walk! Andrea has done a lovely job with the place and the rooftop balcony was so great on the warm evenings to watch the Swifts. He sent us lots of great recommendations and really kindly took us to the airport for our flight home super early in the morning! Palermo is such an incredible city, we crammed so much in, thanks to staying in such a good location.

Warm and cosy apartment, very clean and the bed is so comfortable. The lovely outside space is brilliant. Andrea was so kind to us during our stay. I will definitely stay there again.

The property is really comfortable and roomy but lusa great roof terrace and is nicely decorated and equipped. The photos are absolutely how it looks. You walk back by the Cathedral and through the gate every night. It’s a great location.

Staying at Andrea's apartment was the best choice during our trip to Italy. Great location. Relaxing on the terrace with a phenomenal view was one of the best highlights of our trip.
