My colleague and I absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was exceptionally clean, and from the moment you step into the hallway, the whole place smells wonderful and fresh. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. We also really appreciated the small touches like the snacks and coffee available for guests. The owner is incredibly kind and welcoming, and she gave us so many great recommendations about what to see in Palermo and where to eat. The location is perfect as a starting point for exploring the city — the historic center is only a few minutes away on foot. There is also a kitchen available, which is very convenient. Even though our room was facing a busy street, we both slept very well. Earplugs were also provided for guests who might need them (although we slept perfectly fine without them). Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this accommodation.

I had a great stay and would highly recommend this place. The host was great, everything was smooth and easy-going from the very beginning until the end of my stay. Alba was always very helpful and available whenever needed. The room was spacious and everything was very clean. The location is excellent, right next to the Cathedral and in the city center, while also being close to a train station, making it very convenient to get around and go to the airport. Overall, a fantastic experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable room. Tea,coffee and water supplied along with some breakfast toast and jams. Kitchenette with a certain amount of equipment available to use. Secure front door and room doors. Pegs and a drying line were available for wet beach things.

All recommendations for this accommodation. The location of La Piccola Formica Charme Rooms is excellent. Next to Porta Nuova, a 5-minute walk from the cathedral and within walking distance of all tourist attractions in Palermo. A 7-8 minute walk from the Palermo Pallazo Reale-Orleans train station connected to the airport. Self-check-in and self-check-out is possible, which meant a lot to us, considering that we arrived at the facility around midnight. Our hostess Alba is, in one word, wonderful.

It was super clean and everything worked perfectly. The location is also super central and next to the main street so it was very easy to just hop out for a drink or bite, etc. The hosts were fantastic and super accommodating! Their recommendations are also lovely. We had a great time.

The room is amazing. Located close to the train station that connects to the airport and many other areas around Palermo and close to the main street of the old town. Walking distance to many places. The room is well thought in every detail. Really! The best of the best! We even had a terrace! Amenities were well thought in a way you don’t have to worry about small things. Coffee machine and coffee pods, kettle, daily cleaning, bottle of water replaced daily in the fridge…it is more than a 10 out of 10, I totally recommend and will get back! Easy communication, payment and good recommendations and explanations about the city and experiences. Big thanks to Alba and her team at Piccola Formica!

Location was perfect for exploring Palermo old district. The staff were very nice and helpful. It was a bonus to have a balcony and the bathroom was a good size.

Alba is a great host - Very accommodating and full of tips for food and places to see. The location is great and just 5 mins walk to the Cathedral and less than 10 mins to Quattro Canti. The room is spacious and modern, while the bathroom is also very big with a good shower. The soundproofing in the room is very good given that Palermo is a busy city. The rooms are cleaned daily if desired. The accommodation is very, very secure. We were able to get a spare key from Alba to leave our luggage on the premises until our flight also.
