The owner was really helpful and we could also check-in during the night. Everything was ready and clean. The location was a little louder but i guess that was just italians so you just have to go with the vibe. We had some toasts and croissants with jam prepared for breakfast. I was happy with my choice.

“Very clean accommodation in a very dirty city”
• Great value for the money • Communication with the host- quick responses via whatsapp • Cleanliness of the apartment- very tidy in comparison to streets outside • location was kind of neutral Positives: ~15 min. by foot from the train stop(if you are traveling from/to airport)+ shops(conan) ~30 min. to the city centre and main bus/train station Negatives: alley had a dangerous feeling in the night since the lights were not working properly

“Apartment is in general fine, but presented better than in the reality.”
The bedroom has a very comfortable bed, and the couch for the kids was decent, though a bit less stable. The apartment was clean, and communication with the owner was friendly and easy. Parking is convenient, although the neighborhood can feel a bit challenging. The location is great—close to the university and not far from the city center.

“A little gem”
The most important thing for me was that the house was SUPER CLEAN. Everything was spotless and the house perfume created a warm environment immediately. Visually speaking, the house was very pleasing. The colours and little decorative items made the house very comfortable. The house is very close to the university campus for those who need to go there. The owner of the house was very very helpful, always ready to help, always available. This made me feel at home instantly. I wish I could give you more than 10! I will absolutely go back every time I'm in Palermo!

Property was clean and well prepared for the guests. Kitchen was fully equipped with a breakfast option. Both living room and bedroom had air conditioner and the windows were possible to be opened. The owner was super kind and gave advices on where to go and what to see.

The apartment is nice, but it has many disadvantages: - it has an unbearable musty smell in it. - pay extra for washing machine and iron - the staircase of the apartment looks horrible. We are disappointed...

Amazing property, the owner was incredible, was always communicating with us in case we needed anything, and gave us great tips for sights and restaurants. The apartment was very clean and had everything you can need. There was also small snacks provided, and a supermarket and pastry shop are nearby.

“Great stay”
We have everything we need in the apartment and get the whole space on our own at a reasonable price. The apartment is also very clean and well equipped, we appreciate it. The host provided good instructions and is very attentive. We loved the stay here! Also the apartment is not far away from the city center ( 15-20 mins walk ). There are also a bakery, a bar, a pizzeria and a pharmacy and other shops nearby. It’s pretty convenient to get anything you need.
