La Casa di Dante is an exceptional apartment, stylish, clean and comfortable. The location is excellent. A bakery, supermarket and a coffee shop only a few steps away, and a short walk to the breathtaking cathedral and other sights and great restaurants just around the corner. And having a host like Domenico who was so extremely helpful, collecting and taking us to the train station made visiting Palermo an unforgettable experience. Another bonus for older travellers is that there is a lift to the second floor apartment.

We loved our stay at La casa di Dante! The location was great, we were really close to a local market that sells fruits, vegetables, bread and food. It was a walking distance of 5-15 minutes to everything we wanted to see. It was really clean and all necessities were available. The AC worked wonderfully. There is an elevator in the building. The apartment is beautifully decorated, it looks like you’re walking into a museum. The service was excellent and the host responded to all our questions within minutes.

It's a B&B rental so we've cooked our own breakfast! The unit looks fabulous, spacious and location is near by the old town. Bonus free parking, though you'll need to purchase a ZTL permit.

“A perfect stay on a warm location in a warm city”

This recently restored palazzo is the ideal place for your Palermo city trip. The accommodation is complete: not only the style of this apartment is consequently warm Sicilian, it is also very well equipped (living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom). From this location, the highlights are within reach by foot (right between the cathedral and the Teatro Massimo), and only 50 m from the famous Capo Mercato (street food and many food shops). We should certainly mention the warm reception by host Sig. Domenico, who personally is awaiting you, and giving you all kinds of advice you need, e.g. we tried the recommended restaurants, with succes! He also brought us back to Palermo airport, a service we could recommend. We learned about a warm city, with very nice local people, certainly worth repeating.

This is a beautiful home in the heart of the city - we got picked up at the airport by Domenico and we were guided into the flat with keys and all clear instructions. The home is a peaceful haven within busy Palermo. You are close to all the major sites within the city. The bed is extremely comfortable, a great shower and everything you need for a happy stay in Palermo. We had one of the best, most comfortable stays, and Domenico is a wonderful host - who really looks after his guests and their needs. We hope to return next year to explore more of Sicily with Palermo being our base.

Great apartments in a very good location. Close to the cathedral and other places of interest. The hosts are very helpful and kind. The air conditioner worked great. The car can be parked near the apartments. The hosts reserved a parking space for us and helped us arrange a parking permit. The apartment is very spacious and clean. Definitely recommend!
