“An unusual but beautiful apartment”

This is an unusual eclectic apartment, full of old world charm - it was great. The host was contactable and responsive, and there were plenty of breakfast supplies. This made the experience most enjoyable.

“Fabulous apartment in great neighbourhood”

We absolutely loved this place and felt so at home here. Aside from the striking decor, the apartment is roomy, comfortable, well-equipped and very good value. The location too, is great. When we booked it, we thought it was a bit off the beaten track, but we soon fell in love with the area: Botanical gardens just round the corner, as well as good restaurants, a fabulous paticceria, and a sense that this is a real Palermo neighbourhood. It looks a bit rough but it felt very safe and very quiet at night, too. And free parking? Amazing. We stayed here for 2 nights, and then moved into a hotel in central Palermo. Wished we'd stayed here for longer. If La Barossa is available, book it!

“Perfect stay in a fancy apartment”

Very nice stay at a beautifuly furnished and located apartment. Cool vibes in front of the door and everything one needs inside of the flat. Nicely equipped kitchen since long and a functioning washing machine+ 3 balconies and 2 washrooms. Lovely

“Living in a palace, top choice”

As soon as you enter the appartment, not only you can see the splender of the inside but you are welcome by a lovely flagrance. The appartment is very cleaned, got all you need. Quiet at night. Excellent location. Free parking just before entering the Zl1. Easy to be in the centre and I was able to enjoy the balcony and listen to the laughter of the Sicilians seniors at their local bar. Living the life.

“Beautiful apartment, recommendable”

his is a stunning apartment in the middle of the city. The owner decorated it with exquisite taste. It looks like an Italian palazzo. It is very clean, spacious and has 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is super well equipped. The owner has left in the kitchen plenty of food like pasta, oil, spices, coffee, tea, cookies and sweets for breakfast. The area is very quiet. The big advantage is the possibility to park a car for free on the street 50 m away. The beds are very comfortable. The master bedroom is just a dream! I would like to have one like that!

Everything. Exceptional standard, wanted for nothing. Gorgeous furnishings and art. Amazing bathroom. Domenico was responsive and helpful. Best appartemento we have stayed in over 10 weeks of travel in Italy. Book this, you won't regret it. Wish we could have stayed longer.

“A most enjoyable stay.”

A beautifully appointed apartment that is very comfortable and conveniently located within walking distance from restaurants, shops and for walks along the shoreline. The weather was perfect at this time of year. The internal elevator to level 2 was handy for us and our luggage, however the stairs are not difficult. There is parking for approximately 10 vehicles in a ‘private’ parking area adjacent to the apartment. Alternate parking is on Via Abramo Lincoln which is free and outside the ZTL. We used both parking areas. We loved the balconies, and the generous shower pressure provided a welcome change from the dribble experienced in many short term accommodation venues. Communication with the host was pleasant and effective.

Absolutely beautifully decorated, facilities were great, made the stay very relaxing for our family. Also was in a perfect location to explore the city, but also park just off the main road.

Stunning period apartment full of gorgeous antiques. Very spacious and comfortable. We really appreciated being able to do some clothes washing.

The apartment is beautiful, decorated on classic style and very comfortable. The host has taken care of all details in the apartment to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay of the guests

“Few days at Palermo”

Lot of space and light. All necessities are there, the host is super caring. Positive surprise that one of the markets is ca 800meters from the place. It is filled with fresh veggies, fruits, fish and meat.

Very clean and quiet. Bear in mind 4 AC units which will not work unless you are actually in the apartment due to an electricity key. Well equipped. Note that the bed shown in a room with sitting chairs is also a sofa however, unfortunately it does not remotely match the other great decor in the rest of the room. Mini markets and restaurants close by. Great bed.

“Spectacular appartment with classic elements”

Everything! Nicely decorated, felt like living in a palace with all facilities included. The owners have decorated with taste and we would have loved to stay longer. There is parking space close by, and the owner was very kind and checking if all was right and providing recommendations. We did not use the car, most attractions on walking distance.

Nice clean well maintained. Owners have thought about all activities from taxi numbers beach activities etc
