Great aesthetics and decoration. Everything looked new. Very kind and helpful staff. We much enjoyed the breakfast. We recommend this hotel and would return there. Generally, we really enjoyed Palermo.

Breakfast on the first day was good. Bathroom was very good. Lovely shower and quality taps. They waited for us when we got held up at airport and arrived late. Good size room.

“Great location”

A typical Italian city hotel, located in a side road, a five minute flat walk to a main shopping area and the main pedestrian area. There are numerous cafes and restaurants very nearby and a main supermarket a five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is light and airy, stylish with high ceilings. Our bedroom was large, the bathroom newly fitted, the bed was very comfortable. We stayed bed and breakfast - the breakfast offered a typical choice of fruit, yoghurt, toast, croissants, scrambled eggs and a large selection of cheeses, meats and cakes. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Perfect location, close to main part of the city, some smaller shops around to buy snacks etc, not too close to too busy road. Very nice design of the interior of the hotel. Nice breakfast - basic but everything you need to start the day. Nice and big enough room.

“Clean, friendly and welcoming”

All rooms are on the first floor, there is a small lift if required, the room is large and ensuite is modern, all areas of the hotel are spotless. Breakfast is on the ground floor and you let reception know around what time you will be eating to avoid the Breakfast room becoming overcrowded, you can change your time dependant on your itinerary. Breakfast was continental with plenty of variety. There is a large seating area with plenty of room should you fancy a relax or sit and chat with friends between your tours. Reception staff are very friendly and helpful and on arrival you are given suggestions on recommend restaurants within easy walking distance. The train station is only a 10 - 15 minute walk away and from there its a 40 minute train journey to the airport. The hotel is around a 20 minute walk from the pedestrian area and plenty of street food restaurants at a more budget friendly price. We arrived around 10.30 am after travelling via the sleeper train from Napoli, reception staff were very accommodating in getting us into our room early which we were totally not expecting but extremely grateful.

It is a great place to stay. Very friendly staff. (Front desk, breakfast, cleaning). Tools are very clean as the entire hotel.

We really liked the location, it's easy to get to the main theatres on foot. The street parking is now free in many areas all around the hotel, and the room was quiet and not facing a busy street. Breakfast was good, but I would expect more local pastries instead of generic croissants, being in Palermo. The gym is well equipped for a facility of this size.

The room décor was modern, the cleaners did an excellent job, and breakfast was acceptable. Location was good.

The location was excellent well within walking distance to the Politeama, Teatro Massima and I Quattro Canti. The room was comfortable and clean and there were really nice toiletries in the shower.

A well located hotel with very friendly staff members and modern and clean rooms. The bathrooms and beds are confortable but the breakfast is rather basic in terms of ingredients and buffet options. Super nice people working in housekeeping, always smiling! We booked it because of the interesting rates (CHF 250.- per single room for three nights in June) and would return anytime again.
