The elegant Hotel Posta is a former noble mansion located in the historic centre of Palermo, just 300 metres from the Massimo Theatre and 1 km from Palermo Cathedral. Excellent location. I was able to take a bus a minute from the hotel to go to Trapani, and the same bus stops serves the airport and the train station. The hotel is tucked behind the main road and so has much less noise. And there is a huge sign as you come in from the airport, before the large granite building that houses the post office, pointing you to the hotel!
