“Comfortable hotel in an excellent location”

Very well located hotel, just a stone's throw from the hustle and bustle of the city - and convenient for transport. The rooms overlooking the theatre had a wonderful view. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Excellent breakfast which was very well managed by staff. Staff on reception were courteous and helpful and the lifts (elevators) worked well and were speedy!

The hotel is very centrally located. It was about a 40 minute walk to the train station or bus station although two services 101 and the 102 run directly from outside the hotel to the station making all journeys around Palermo etc very accessible. We had an issue with our booking as we had wanted twin beds and the room we were taken to had a double and was small. However, the staff very quickly upgraded us and we were put into a twin bedroom that overlook the square. Throughout our stay, the staff were very attentive and friendly and couldn’t be faulted. Breakfast selection was varied and substantial. It is essential to make sure that you go up to the roof Terrace, the views are amazing and it’s definitely a place to have a drink even if you don’t eat there.

I wanna go back to Politeama!!! Such a beautiful place, great staff, delicious breakfast and food on the roof terrace, and very beautiful and well-kept rooms. On top, it is perfectly situated in the city so you can walk almost everywhere. The minibus shuttle takes you directly to Piazza Politeama from the airport.

The hotel's location is perfect, very close to the main attractions. The room was very simple but clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious. The reception staff, waiters in the breakfast room and cleaners were so helpful and polite. Thank you! Highly recommend the hotel.
