We ended up in a charming room with a balcony overlooking the historic neighbourhood. The Palazzo Brunaccini Hotel has an unbeatable location, right near the Ballaro food markets and a short walk from the shops and restaurants of the Quattro Canti. I would recommend this hotel to anybody for their stay in Palermo.

An historic building centrally located in the old part of Palermo so you can walk to most sights. There was parking outside the entrance, you pay a ZTL fee as you are in a restricted/historic area. Comfortable rooms. An outside courtyard to eat breakfast in.

We have stayed here before, twice. We will be back. The hotel is beautiful yet relaxed. The staff are kind and the breakfast excellent. There is so much choice, and all is fresh and tasty. The hotel is in the heart of the city. Some other reviews criticise the location and the breakfast, but to be honest, those reviewers don't understand good food, and most importantly, don't understand Palermo. Palermo is a wonderful melting pot, and if you appreciate its crumbling architecture, sights, sounds, aromas and art, you will love it here! We have had the best time! Grazie mille!

A very peaceful spot just a few steps from the market and a stroll away from the sights. The room was large and quiet, the staff friendly, and the breakfast had plenty of choices.

It’s your typical European type breakfast. Nothing cooked, like bacon or scrambled eggs but there are hard boiled eggs, cold cuts, cakes, juices but no orange juice
