We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Palermo. Its location is excellent, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and cafés. The reception staff and hotel employees were very attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay. Our initial room was facing the street directly opposite the opera house, which was a bit noisy late at night. However, after we informed the staff, they quickly and kindly arranged a room change for us, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel’s central location is definitely one of its biggest advantages, and the staff’s willingness to help made our stay even more enjoyable. We would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo. 😊

All the staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is fortunate to have such good staff. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice and the area was kept clean. The room was clean and had a nice terrace. I very much appreciate being able to store my luggage before check in. That was very helpful. It was a good location and plenty of good restaurants and shops around. It is about a 20 walk to the Cathedral.

A great location for exploring Palermo. Easy to find way back to the hotel and most sights within easy walking distance. Loads of bars, restaurants and bakeries near by. Great value for money given location.

“Good choice for a mid range accommodation near the centre”
Great location, walkable distance to centre. However it is noisy near the square and outside seems to be a meeting point for local delivery drivers. The hotel itself looks very nice, room was large and clean. Overall good price for a decent location, but stop only 5 minutes away, if you dont like walking a lot.
