“Hotel did not meet our expectations and was not value for money.”
Good location, was close to all attractions. Highlight was Stefania who worked at the reception, was very warm, helpful and proactive. Even before we approached the reception the morning after our sleepless night, she informed us that she has booked a larger room with more space and asked us to pack our bags and leave it in the room and they will move to the new room when it’s cleaned while we are out. She left a great impression on us. Although the room was spacious, the AC still did not work, we were told that they don’t have the Ac on that month.

Staff are v nice..breakfast is good, except for the juices. Room was nice and spacious but you do have to use the key keep the wardrobe and mini bar closed which is annoying

The hotel indeed has a beautiful design and great history. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good, however my very low score mostly about the bed.

Beautiful, classical hotel with everything you could want - spacious room, big comfy bed, robe & slippers, so peaceful, especially being close to the action, delicious breakfast, tempting bar, the staff are so attentive and lovely.
