Overview
Grand Hotel Et Des Palmes is an elegant Art Nouveau building, right outside the restricted traffic area. It is a 5-minute walk from Palermo’s Massimo and Politeama Theatres. The property has classically furnished rooms and an extensive continental breakfast. Rooms at Des Palmes are decorated with traditional furniture and fine fabrics. The hotel was a wonderful experience the building is simply beautiful in decor.and.design. The rooms.are.large and comfortable. The staff were very attentive and we really enjoyed the breakfast with plenty of.choice, including tempting delicious cakes and various tarts.

The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. The hotel has an excellent location, with practically all attractions within walking distance. Breakfast is served in a beautiful hall and offers an exceptionally wide selection of quality dishes.

Great location just 3 min walk from the Teatro. Impressive buildings and lovely breakfast. Upstairs terrace has great views.

“Beautiful but pricey stay in the heart of Palermo”
This hotel is a real slice of Sicilian history and the owners have done an excellent job of keeping it looking magnificent. We loved the room which was on the corner and had doors out to small balconies, and the location was perfect. Breakfast buffet was good.. should have tried the champagne!

“Luxurious, historic hotel combining elegance with modern comforts”
Breakfast is served in a sumptuous dining room, with a very wide range of dishes available. The dining/bar area on the roof top offers a tranquil space away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The hotel oozes history but it also provides modern comforts in its spacious bedrooms. The hotel is very well located, just a stone's throw from the historic centre.
