“Very nice but could have been better with the hot water shower!”
The staff was very kind but still couldn t solve some issues, like we had to wait more than 30 minutes to enter the garage and finally we managed to by reaching out to some neighbours in a creative way, or fixing the lukewarm water from the shower. Except for these two incidents the facilities are nice, central, clean and they allowed late check out!

“great location”
Centrally located and great place to stay to visit Palermo. Spacious apartment, clean and tidy. The host was very nice, we arrived the wrong way and she came out to pick us up.
