The apartment is in a great location in Palermo, which is definitely a big advantage. However, as mentioned in other reviews, there is significant noise from the bars below the apartment that lasts until the early morning hours (which we were already aware of). The apartment itself is very nice, but it could use some minor renovation, as the furniture is noticeably worn. I would also recommend a more thorough cleaning, especially regarding dust. Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is very good

The location is amazing, allows to visit Palermo on foot, all major touristic destinations are within 10 min walking. The house is big enough to welcome groups of 4 - 6 people, with 2 major bedrooms with dedicated bathroom and a sofa-bed. Vincenzo, the host, is superb in providing tips for city visit and support your stay contributing in living a memorable Palermo experience.

Four Luxury Art was such a great find. The space itself was huge, stylish, and full of personality – we all loved the authentic Italian vibe. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the center, with amazing bars just downstairs that gave everything a lively, animated feel without ever being too noisy. The host was fantastic, super responsive and helpful with every question or small issue we had. Everything felt smooth and easy from start to finish. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches – water, coffee, and even some sweets waiting for us. It’s those little things that made a big difference. Everyone in our group agreed this was one of our favorite stays in Sicily.

Stylish, spacious, well equipped apartment with 2 balconies, overlooking a lively street. Right in the heart of the old city, great location. Communication with the host was good and he kindly organised airport delivery and drop off for us. We really enjoyed our stay!

Firstly, such a beautiful apartment. It was in the best location! Literally in the hustle and bustle of it all! Also some great bars below. Beds were comfy, felt like you had lots of space and amazing value for money, I can't recommend it enough.

Four Luxury Art is a very beautiful and roomy apartment right in the heart of Palermo's historic area. The apartment even has lovely painted ceiings and, while it is right beside a number of bars and restaurants, it is high enough above street level that we didn't notice any noise from these.

Loved this apartment, fantastic location, very responsive host. Kitchen stocked AMAZINGLY!! Very close to fab restaurant. Only 15min walk to train station. We just wish we had more time here, would love to come back!!

The amount of room for the value of money is wonderful. It is very spacious and we couldn’t hear each other in separate rooms.

The apartment was beautiful internally and the check in was seamless. The beds were comfy and the apartment had a fabulous location.

Stunning and spacious apartment right in the centre and close to everything. Easy to find and close to train station. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is catered for and great communication with our host. Bars and restaurants nearby so great atmosphere. Will stay again for sure. Lovely big apartment

“Excellent location but can be noisy at night..”

The property was located very centrally to attractions and monuments with cafes and bars below. There was a supermarket not far away to buy food and the opera was a level 12 minute walk away. Close to everything!
