“Comfortable modern accommodation well placed for public transport, with helpful and friendly hosts.”

We wanted a good night’s sleep and good connection to the airport by public transport, but near enough the centre for a last day in the historic area. That all worked well – we were able to use the Lolli station which is near enough to walk even with fairly large bags. It is also not far to the main local bus routes. Our room was large clean and modern, with comfortable bed. It had a large Jacuzzi bath in the room, which we didn’t use (there is a small regular shower in the bathroom). It was generally well equipped, with mini-fridge, slippers, and safe. The room was on the corner of two fairly quiet streets, and we slept well. There was some noise from scooters going past every so often but it wasn’t too loud with the windows closed and had mainly died down by the time we went to bed. We didn’t hear any noise from the nearby small wine bars as they had closed by then (they didn’t look like the rowdy type). Janna was good at keeping in touch via Whatsapp re arrival times etc, and making sure we got the right location (they also have nearby apartments that Google etc can confuse with the B&B rooms). Her father and husband met us on the street and helped us up the stairs with our bags, and explained everything about the room and app used for access, and choosing what we wanted for breakfast the next morning (they can get in a wide range of pastries and other specialities from nearby places, all very tasty). We saw Janna in the morning for the breakfast and she was very friendly. We were offered a complimentary bottle of prosecco, kept in the fridge in the breakfast area, which we enjoyed late evening. And a local pastry on arrival, which again was good.

Very clean facilities, comfortable bed, and quiet (with windows closed.) The jacuzzi in our room was the perfect medicine after sightseeing.

We liked absolutely everything! The hosts were the nicest, they contacted us about our arrival few days prior and were quick with responses, also they welcomed us with coffee and some sicilian sweets. The room was amazing, we loved the prosecco and the jacuzzi. Breakfast was out of this world, we would recommend Fervore rooms to everyone!

The breakfast was wonderful. We were offered a massive variety and it was freshly cooked for us. Jana was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and gave us expert advice on where to go, when and how to get there. The room was so comfortable and quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The location was perfect for sightseeing and for excellent local restaurants.

Very modern, unique, clean and comfortable B&B. The hosts are very kind and give you an introduction, when you arrive. If you come by car, contact them before for an easy park errangement. Close to the city center. And the whirpool in the room is a very nice experience. We also got a bottle of prosecco for free and were allowed to have breakfast on our personal balcony (order the arancini for breakfast- they were so good!). Recommendable? Yes!!!

The hosts were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, clean and spacious. Location was in a really nice part of the city, we always felt safe and it was a short walking distance from some of the main attractions in the city. Breakfast was also a highlight for us, the local specialities were delicious and the pistachio croissant was out of this world. We had a very late flight home and the hosts were kind enough to let us keep our luggage in the apartments for the day!

I loved the location, the accommodation, and the room – everything was beautiful and elegantly decorated with great taste. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. Janna and her husband were extremely kind and provided all the necessary information, including great tips for restaurants. Parking the car nearby was very easy. The breakfast was simply wonderful, featuring local products from Palermo, all handmade by one of the city’s most prestigious houses. We were welcomed at Casa di Janna with a juice and cannoli that were simply delicious. We loved talking with Janna and her family. If we return to Palermo, this is where I will stay with my family, without a doubt. It was a five-star experience.

The warm and caring welcome extended by Janna and Michaele and the briefing Janna gave me about what to see in Palermo, where to eat etc; my large elegant room; the location of the B&B; the breakfast menu which was extensive and the freshness and quality of the food I was given. Michaele kindly carried my luggage up the stairs to the B&B, a very welcome gesture! And Janna very kindly packed me some food to sustain me in a full day of travel from Palermo to the Dolomites. Nothing was too much trouble!

We can warmly recommend this place! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine smiles and the utmost politeness, the hosts are incredibly kind and clearly passionate about what they do. It shows in every little detail. We arrived around 11am, and they just let us check in immediately. The bed was absolutely amazing, one of the most comfortable we’ve slept in. The bedding was soft and luxurious, and everything felt spotlessly clean and beautifully new. Breakfast was a real highlight: the selection was impressive, with both sweet and savory options, fresh pastries, fruit, local specialties, and a variety of drinks. Everything could be adjusted to our preferences, and we truly felt cared for. We also received great tips for places to visit in the area. Overall, it was a joyful, relaxing, and harmonious experience. We honestly wished we could have stayed longer. A heartfelt thank you for this timeless moment!

The full experience was simply outstanding! Starting from our arrival where the hosts personally waited until 1.00am to welcome us and arrange all practicalities. The room and the facilities are great. Very well located to be both at ease and walk into the touristic centre of gravity in shorter than 10 minutes. Oustanding breakfast as per personal choice every morning. Adding to above the many recommendations and sharing relevant and useful history on the city during our breakfast conversations with Janna, our host, can be considered as a great finishing touch!
