Located in the heart of Palermo, 60 metres from Via Maqueda shopping street, this hotel was once the noble 18th-century Palazzo Tarallo. WiFi is free throughout. Location was brilliant, very near the Cathedral. The hotel is a very grand palazzo with chandeliers and period furniture in abundance! Our room was very peaceful despite being right on the main street. Restaurant on rooftop was also very memorable with a lovely meal.

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel. First of all, the reception staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. They assisted us with everything we needed, from recommendations about the city and restaurant suggestions to practical advice on how to get around and the best times to visit different places. Every recommendation they gave us was excellent. No matter what questions we had, they were always patient, welcoming, and eager to help. The hotel itself is beautiful and very well maintained. Everything was spotless and impeccably clean. The building has a charming, authentic Italian atmosphere and reminded us of a traditional Italian villa or palace, with elegant interiors and plenty of character. The location is another major advantage. It is right in the heart of the city, in a pedestrian area, making it easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. Overall, we could not have been happier with our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. We would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Palermo.

“Disappointing”
This hotel is located in the very centre of Palermo and all of the main attractions are very easy to reach. However, if you arrive by car the streets nearby are pedestrianised.

It was very centrally located in the middle of all the action. A grand old building with lots of charm and character. The breakfast at 13 euros was exceptional value and the staff were friendly and accommodating. A very good choice.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location, so easy to walk to everything. Kind and welcoming staff, who remembered us despite so many guests- especially Matteo. Absolutely delicious breakfast with huge selection in an ornate breakfast room. Very clean rooms and smiling cleaning staff. Bottled iced water and cold prosecco available in lobby.
