The location is good and it has plenty of space. The host tried to make good the lack of breakfast but the cake she gave us was old and stale.

“Out of this world luxury, beauty and convenience”

Everything was exceptional. We have never stayed in such an amazing place -private quarters in an old palace in the centre of Palermo old town. You will have privileged access to an enormous bedroom and adjoining salon/dining room, all furnished In the best possible taste and with displays of beautiful ornaments, plates and even miniature shoes. In fact you might want to spend your time just living the life of a minor noble without venturing outside! Breakfast ( in the private dining room is copious and delicious - eggs, bacon, ham, cheeses, fruit and pastries all created by your hostess Paola. It appears as if by magic at the time you have requested. There is parking in the enclosed courtyard and once there you are unlikely to want to move your car until you leave - everything is nearby. In the immediate area there are some wonderful restaurants.We enjoyed Quattro Mano and even the simpler Pot Cucina opposite the appartment is excellent. Most places that you will want to visit are also within walking distance - even for us septuagenarians. If you can book it don’t hesitate.

I endorse those and confine my comment this time to thanking our hosts for another wonderful stay. In particular- what a comfortable bed. Quite possibly the most comfortable bed ever!

“Amazing experience in a historic Palermo palazzo”

Wow! What a wonderful experience having a huge part of a historic Palermo palazzo all to ourselves. Location perfect - in the Centro Storico but away from the crowds. Breakfast was royal. You descend 5 marble stairs into your private ballroom/dining room to fruit salad, eggs, bacon, bruschetta, avocado, pastries,...or have coffee on your private terrace. Paola was the perfect host. Best meals in Palermo were her restaurant recommendations.

The breakfast was superb and the host was very helpful. A very large apartment within a fascinating building, full of character. A quiet retreat within the historic centre.

It was very spacious, very grand and royal. Location was amazing. We travelled by train. Which was only 6 minutes walk away. Paola, the host was very professional and has thought of everything. Her breakfast spread was probably the best we have ever had. I'm gluten free and she accommodated that very well.

The suite is simply fantastic. It feels like spending time in a castle. The hostess is incredibly accommodating. She is always available to answer questions and check that everything is okay. The breakfast was top notch. There is nothing missing and the selection is great. There was a surprise for breakfast every day. Frankly, this is a place you want to be.

Practically everything about this accommodation was gorgeous and incredibly special. The family made us so very welcome and even allowed us to invite our family whom we were visiting for a pizza supper which they kindly ordered for us. The breakfasts were superb and plentiful. The bed very comfortable. It was a stunning retreat and so quiet considering the central location. Altogether fabulous!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Palermo! The stunning 500-year-old apartment was beautifully decorated with an array of pictures, old pieces, and portraits, which added to its charm. We had access to the main entry, living room, dining room, bedroom, and a full bathroom. The breakfast provided was superbly prepared and the dining room setup was done so professionally that we couldn't hear a sound. The location was conveniently close to various attractions, making it easily accessible. Thank you for everything!!

Most comfortable beds and pillows I've seen in a hotel in a long time! The private balcony was very perfect, the room spacious, and we were so pleasantly surprised when we realised that the huge dining room was all to ourselves, so although this is a shared apartment, one has all the privacy one needs. Paola's breakfast is a delight and although it is a very lovely neighborhood, the accommodation per se is very quiet. Would definitely recommend.
