The place was beautiful, well maintained and perfectly located close to the city centre. The terrace is beautiful for breakfast or just to enjoy the view of the city. Breakfast was good and the staff was attentive and made us feel welcome and at home.

“Perfect Palermo base”
Everything! Perfect easy instructions to follow for access. We had the two bedroom room on the 4th floor, we didn't end up using the second bedroom as the main had a cot which was perfect for our toddler and the room was really spacious even with it in it. The seperate walk in wardrobe was great. It was good to have access to outdoor space on the terrace and Franca was such a lovely breakfast host. She was great with our little girl. Location is great, very central and has great restaurants very close to the accommodation. I liked the secure entry, the place felt very safe.

“Great place, comfy and huge rooms!”
Great room to enjoy and rest in Palermo. It is in the old part of the city, not THAT noisy but still a bit. Room was huge. Staff was super nice. Check in was easily guided by mobile.

The location was great for site seeing. We walked everywhere and the apartment was in a quiet side street in the old town. The building had loads of character.

“Simple and easy”
Location was great, close to sights and in safe feeling neighbourhood. Room very simple but clean, bathroom and shower lovely. Breakfast simple but still a nice start to the day with the lovely lady in charge.

Great location, size of the room worked for the time we were there, great terrace for morning breakfast, staff very pleasant and helpful. We were only there for 2 days and the location help us to easily by walk to see the major attractions.

“Fantastic central location”
The location of Dimora Sinibaldi was perfect and so easy to access all the sights of Palermo. Our host, Erica, was incredibly helpful, sending comprehensive check in details prior to arrival including a video of how to access the building. She also assisted with information about travel to local points of interest and booked a taxi to the station for us on departure. Breakfast each morning on the rooftop terrace was a highlight. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was quite small but manageable.
